Cliff hi,

I also grew up in South Africa in the 1960s.

My wife and I also love email. We have been through this all before.

Right now we are looking at a number of options including keeping the café closed another year as we may want to operate it ourselves next year.

Bottom line, we need to hear from you acceptance of our bottom line price of £275,000.

Best regards,

Gary

Hello Gary

Val let me have your email address as we are interested in the above property. To give you a brief background, we have lived in the area since 1986 when we moved to West Somerset from Shetland to buy a small hotel which we had for twelve years. I worked in catering in Shetland before, first cheffing then moving up to manage an accommodation village for the itinerant oil workers. During that time Vicky, my wife, ran a restaurant and we have been involved in the catering industry since. I have taken a break and work as a driving instructor but Vicky is a restaurant manager and NVQ teacher and assessor at a local academy for youngsters with learning difficulties.

We have some ideas regarding the cafe which we would be happy to discuss via email. I love email it is so quick and efficient. I grew up in South Africa in the 1960's and remember booking a phone line 10 days in advance of the call and having the time cancelled if business was using the line! £2 per minute in those days - thus writing letters was more efficient and I suppose now I just prefer the written word.

I have a web site www.Passmasterintensive.co.uk. It may give you some insight into the way I run businesses.

Hope to hear from you in the near future.

Regards

Cliff
