Assuming you can provide me with the "comfort level" that I need I might be interested in signing a 1 year lease with you that WOULD NOT include an option to purchase but of course if in 12 months you were in a financial position and still interested in purchasing then in all likelihood you would be in good position to negotiate with me and/or my wife MDG and/or Devin Standard, the executor of my estate.

As you know Seacrest=Ccrest is not exactly a "state secret" and nor is the fact as I have pointed out to you that this hasn’t stopped people from all "walks of life" from at least trying to take advantage of us being "absentee owners" bearing in mind I think it is fair to say that only a fool would assume I have "lost my mind" and rarely do I lose my place as I "work religiously" even on this Sabbath Day to get folks, young and old, rich and poor to "logically thought process" in an effort to "give peace a better chance".

I assume you were able to read my “back and forth” with this lady Lisa as well as read what is contained in all the hyperlinks that you see in the previous paragraph.

My communiquésés, in addition to increasing the circle of those dependant upon my insight and analysis of the important events of the day are geared toward taking, especially those whose formal education has interfered with their learning on an Educational Light Journey while realizing that this is still very much a "dog eat god aspartame" [sic] world and therefore the need for me to "protect" myself by having the recipients of my "sumtimes" [sic] long and exhausting communiquésés that contain a whole bunch of "hidden messages" ACKNOWLEDGE either directly, indirectly or most of all through their “selective deafening silences” that they have not only rEaD BUT understood perfectly well what I have said in the event a "misunderstanding" were to occur and we would find ourselves "battling it out" in a court of law.

With all that said, I would now like for you to consider very seriously decreasing the percentage of sales from the café and increasing the base rent as I continue to explore all my other options including selling more books as well as seminars and CD ROMS surrounding the subject matter, "money creation" in an effort to beat my over-the-top brilliant, so sexy and beautiful wife, Marie Dion Gevisser, to “die the richest person in the grave”.
