And I assume u have noticed how deafeningly quiet my ever dwindling number of adversaries, again relatively speaking, have got in recent times, only someone totally out of touch, i.e. brain dead would have trouble understanding how I have “single-handedly” shut down Melvyn Mweissman Weiss Esq’s only “quick-sex” website?

 

As the full story about eRaider.com leaks out so will the spirit of the masses rise, more and more folks today aware in large measure due to missives such as this how all it takes is just an ounce of larceny in one’s heart to accumulate untold fortunes, a real estate portfolio of several hundred million dollars in less than a decade, wouldn’t you agree Mr. Mark “Trump Weinstein Esq?

 

Not to forget my profound knowledge of G-D does more than suggest that G-D might be within each one of us.

A real estate broker from I believe it was Coldwell Banker provided me with comps on the building of over $2 million if I were to sell each unit vacant.

 

My mortgage when I last looked at a statement from WAMU blah blah was less than $350K.

 

I would like to borrow another $300K against the property, simply willing to use the property as collateral in addition to providing my word that I will repay, period.

 

The current rent roll with all units occupied is some $8K per month which is about 30-50% below what I am told is “market”.

So would consider real estate especially here in California a “relatively smart move” putting aside the notion that one should be mindful of owning any real estate let alone that for speculative purposes, given the incredible opportunities abounding in Europe, agree?

 

One point being I doubt given the real estate euphoria here in the Democratic Communist Party stronghold of California you should have any difficulty finding someone who has a contrarian view to me believing that this fictitious economy of the 6th largest economy in the world will last forever, agree?
