Dear
Sundee,
In light of
my last phone conversation with your dad yesterday afternoon when I was
visiting Al’s deli in Pine Valley when I ran into John Hermane an elder
gentlemen who is once again off to the Alps with friends on his very regular
and frequent motorcycle trips where he is without a doubt the “King
of the Alps”, not in the least bit
like your out-of-shape road-rage weekend motorcyclist, a danger to themselves
but mostly to those in better shape motorcyclists less likely to file an
insurance claim AS WELL AS to each
of us who don’t ride what has to be one of the most dangerous INCREASINGLY LESS “past times” in the
world given how the insurance companies are in the business of making a profit
and have no problem with PERSONAL
RECKLESSNESS so long as they can continue to pass along those costs to
those who care the most about individual responsibility which is just one, but
very important factor that is going to lead very shortly to the collapse of the
capital and financial markets.
My
responsibility to you both must now end unless you and/or your father Don agree
to find a way to compensate me for any additional work I do apart from
continuing to bring Public International Attention to what may in fact be the
greatest injustice so “close to home”.
And the
reason for this is simply the fact that according to Don you feel that your
time is more valuable than mine.
And again I
only have Don’s “side of the story” but I have no reason to believe his is “lying” but he may not have got it
“al-to-get-her” [sic] wrong and by now you should both know that “proper
English” requires placing a “sick” [sic] following an expression in quotes
where there may be an error in either the spelling or grammar.
I did in
fact pick up this point about you feeling “hard pressed for time” in my one and
only conversation with you yesterday morning when you had been in your office
some 15 minutes, again this information out of your mouth, even after you were
no longer “seething” while agreeing with everything I had written
including the issues surrounding weight which are a big issue, not to mention
the food and weight loss business in the western world to mention little of my
Royal Mater for many years was the featured person on the back of Grape Nuts
Cereal boxes in South Africa espousing the virtues of diet and exercise.
And again
while you may in fact STILL be the
smartest person in the world the evidence I have at this point is that your
husband who first called me at 11:15 AM PT on August 15th to go to
Don’s assistance may be the smartest person in the world.
The
chronology of events is important at this time in order for each one of us to
at least attempt to logically thought process in an effort to get at the truth
of what exactly is going on in each of our minds, bearing in mind there is a
term Shareholder Class Action Litigators such
as Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein
& Krinsk use on occasion; “Scienter” which literally translates
in to “state of mind” which is very important in shareholder class
action lawsuits where one is required to meet “higher standards” in
proving fraud given how the law “bends
over backwards” in allowing Captains of Industry to make the most egregious “mistakes” but if it can be proven using
stuff like “triangulation”
and yes you should read that very important story involving Citicorp Ventures
Corporation contained in the previous hyperlink which will help you to just
begin to understand how in fact the “real world” works which ties directly in
to each of our business-personal and the most personal is real estate although
we say real estate is not “personal property” which begins to take you further
but closer to the very specific issues involving your father, such “damaging
evidence” a SCAL
as “skilled and experienced” as Mr. JRK cannot only “slam the door shut” on
the malfeasance by CoI but end up with an extraordinarily lucrative
pay day, mostly courtesy of hard working poor BUT NOT NECESSARY IN SHAPE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY people paying
their insurance premiums ON TIME.
The above
paragraph beyond serving as just one test of intelligence does serve to get you
both and others tuned in to focus better on what I have to say next.
It was the
concern and calmness in your husband’s voice that resulted in me making a very
critical decision NOT ONLY to
interrupt my stretching following a grueling run with our two dogs BUT to place myself in “harms way” knowing that 2 patrol
officers including one who had most likely violated your father’s civil rights
and was now willing to pull out all stops to “cover his ass” by trekking out
much deeper in to the Cleveland Forest than what is his regular “patrol beat” AND MOST IMPORTANT was deciding what
clothes to wear apart from my birthday suit so that not only would I come
across as totally non-threatening but the clothes could not easily conceal any
type of “threatening weapon.”
I am in
fact relatively speaking quite “long in the tooth” in terms of how
incredibly easy it is for any rogue let alone an out-of-control law enforcement
officer with lots of time on his hands to “plot
a set up” that includes thinking through the “What if?” a “Good Samaritan” just trying to “keep
the peace” shows up.
But I happen
to be much more than my wife’s, in her words, “sex
object” as well as “family man” which has only very partially to
do with the fact that I have had much more to do with raising my wife’s two
children with a value system than their biological father who I refer to as the
Sperm Donor
which again is the kindest thing I can say about this most ugly “Piece
of White Trash” bearing in mind that even after filing a totally
baseless criminal complaint against me, knowing perfectly well that he was the
one who had physically threatened me just 3 days prior to 9/11/2002 when filing
the complaint
signed under “penalty
of perjury” and being granted a Temporary Restraining Order, trying
in front of witnesses to goad me out of my new Mini Cooper S and engage in a
fistfight, right after my first court hearing which I believe was around
September 26th 2002 when both my wife and I couldn’t believe our
eyes that this perjurer of perjurers was going to pursue this baseless criminal
complaint “no matter what” including
what damage it could do to my stellar reputation not to mention the lives of
the “tTOo” [sic] children and their extraordinarily caring mother, this USURPER OF USPERERS OF THE LAW had both
a senior Detective from the San Diego
Worth
mentioning, I think you will eventually agree, that although this slimeball of
slimeballs likes his alcohol the only thing he was “drunk
out of his mind” about was the “goods”
I was continuing to “collect” on him, his rapaciousness first coming to my
“attention” when this scoundrel physician, a pathologist at Sharp Memorial
Hospital in San Diego made the “unilateral” decision to reduce his pitiful
child support payments and when “caught with his pants down” blamed
his X-wife in front of the kids saying,
“I tried to tell you but you were always too busy doing other things”.
One of the
things Marie
Dion Gevisser
and I spend a good deal of our time doing when not solving the problems of the world
and having one great time of our lives doing it… is having to recondition both
kids whenever they have spent any amount of time with this beast of beasts.
And of
course one of the best ways to judge someone is to examine very closely who it
is they keep the most company with and those most vulnerable are the likes of
Don living alone in their campers while giving back to society as he does with
his most extraordinary landscape work that every time I visit this one spot
near our cabin brings tears to my eyes, not to mention on the very day he was
run out of town by both cops and a Forest Ranger
who seemed not so much to be covering her butt but wanting to ingratiate
herself with the “so manly boys”
which is as you must well appreciate an important distinction when it comes
time to make your “pleadings”, the water stopped running, all that remains are
the deeper pools of water.
I will be
going ahead and filing my complaint against Corporal Matt McClendon and Co. as
well as email you the complaint forms that carry a “drop dead” date from the
time of the “incident-s” but anything else I do to assist you folks you will
have to agree to “make good” at such a time, if any, were you to be in a
position to pay, and again, I don’t come cheap but I will charge you a very SIGNIFICANT discount on my current
hourly rate.
While you
may find even $10,000 a minute relatively high if not exorbitant bear in mind
that my Royal Mater back in the mid-to-late 1970s was paying lawyers in New
York handling matters for her including attempting to get me a Green
Card-Resident
The fact of
the matter is that there should be NO
REASON for either of you to bother me again given how well I have assisted
you in getting to the point that you don’t need me which quite frankly may be
at the heart of the issue, no different to many previous situations I have found
myself in where my “graciousness” in not “charging
through the nose” is seen as “weakness”
but of course you don’t see me either suffering or whining.
Again, all YOUR FRUSTRATIONS were things I “picked up on” right from when I returned
this past Tuesday from what was in fact much more than a “police stop” which is why
again your husband and not you chose to call me in the most calm voice “under
the circumstances”.
Please, I
beg of you, don’t be distracted now by whether or not I am applauding you or your
husband instead just DON’T LOSE SIGHT OF
THE FACT that it was me putting myself at, relatively speaking, “great
risk” which is not to suggest in order to empathize with me you go now THIS INSTANT and join a Hezbollah cell
20,000 kilometers from the Israeli-Lebanon border not quite sure despite their
increasing excellent command of Hebrew what Israel’s Special Forces Commanding
Officers have planned in conjunction with Israel’s most awesomely brutal Air
Force who have pilots “at the ready” positioned outside of Israel providing
training to “friendly” countries staying very, very, very quiet right now even
if us Americans are so very foolish to take over Iran’s oil fields prior to the
Iranian leadership, the very corrupt Saudi Royal Family, the Iraqi government
with a full on civil war on their hands teaming up with the rest of the world’s
major oil producers including Great Britain and telling us Americans they no
longer will accept worthless DeBeers-Dollars
even though they understand perfectly well we need oil to fight our oil wars.
Today you
have much more than a rogue Sheriff’s Dept. office here in
You, your
husband, your father as well as me have done so far, in my humble but seasoned
opinion, everything right “under the
circumstances” and that includes getting frustrated, the result of dealing
with the most extraordinarily OUTRAGEOUS
situation brought about by officers of the law who including the female Forest Ranger
with her good looks and smiley face UNDERSTOOD
perfectly well that the decision by Corporal McClendon, aided by Deputy Sheriff
Ronald D. Cuevas, was a “set up” with, at a minimum, the
purpose to “threaten to intimidate” right from the start.
Don was in
a “no
win” situation had he been foolish enough to leave his camper even if
in fact the officers armed with badges and loaded guns very loose in their
holsters had any type of warrants including search and/or arrest warrants.
And of
course they had neither which is why both Officers of the Law came at me like
fricken “wild dogs” but instead of just growling they felt the need to open
their big awful mouths and reveal their true intentions at that point which was
to simply intimidate me to leave and forget the whole incident which is a far
cry from their original intentions aimed in my humble but seasoned opinion to
further violate Don’s civil rights and then “sum” [sic] which I believe you would
be able to prove in any court of law anywhere in the world and since we are
here in the United States and regard ourselves as a “nation of laws”, lets just
use “common sense” and do our best and when that is not enough then whatever is
necessary, BUT WITHIN THE LAW.
Remember
always that however bad are our laws we the people are responsible for allowing
a situation to develop where as a result of not wanting to take responsibility
for getting more than our fair share of the spoils of war have allowed BIG GOVERNMENT to take over where we
now have so many “displaced persons” with too much time on their hands and
increasingly ill-equipped to com

Back to the
chronology.
In an
earlier phone conversation yesterday Don provided me with input as well as his concurrence
to go ahead and bring Public International Attention to his “plight”, not to mention how Don also
mentioned that he had picked up the forms to file a Restraining Order against
the corporal which was something I had not thought about.
Should you
need assistance from Mr. JRK or
anyone in his office like Sharon Jones who might possibly be able to help Don who
has trouble typing his chronology of events starting out with Corporal
McClendon on August 1st, I believe it was, telling Don who was
minding his own business eating a pizza at
One of the
things that seemed to take Don by “surprise”
when I read to him the opening paragraph of my email to Ms. Desiree Govender
was my reference to “this email-photo
a good African American friend…” and as you can see I later threw in
the word “photo” which may have in fact been the cause of Don’s “hesitation”
although all he said was that he didn’t understand or know anything about this
“African
American”.
Worth
mentioning the reaction of each and every African American I knew at the time
of the OJ Simpson trial which did not include

single one of these well above average in intelligence African Americans were “pulling my leg” bearing in mind
that while I was raised in very Lily
White Wheaty Eating communities
in Durban, South Africa I was very well aware of the “black experience” when it
came to their treatment by officers of the law, both white and non-white.
Nothing I
am saying right now should come as a “surprise”
which is part of my way of trying to get you both to relax as you start to
distance yourself from your own horrific experience helped immensely by
“separating” and giving more thought to the plight of others far less fortunate
who in my humble but seasoned opinion are SIGNIFICANTLY
brighter than either of you, on average.
Now I have
succeeded in jolting you back to not only being pissed off with me but feeling
like I am jerking you around but in a moment or “tTOo” [sic] you will see that
I am doing neither simply telling you a fact of life that is part of why it is
that you are less intelligent on average than the average African American and
why you have vastly superior in intelligence, on average, individuals incapable
of focusing away from the overwhelming evidence that OJ was not “set up”.
Unlike Don
who probably wasn’t on his cell phone with anyone at the time the Corporal and
Co. were trying to “set him up” I happened to be speaking at the time Detective
Steele and the LWWE FBI agent showed
up at my front door, both their hands very close to their guns, with my
attorney who when realizing that there had to be much more going on than an X
husband pissed off that his gorgeous wife wouldn’t even wait until receiving
“tenure” in their marriage before telling this very sick sicko of sick sickos
to go “take a dump” told me to tell both
gentlemen to “get lost” but of course Mr. James C. Ashworth Esq. who to the
best of my knowledge is no longer practicing law, was much more polite in his
suggestions which of course I did not follow and entered in to a dialogue
knowing first of all that I had done nothing wrong and second I had the “goods” on this beast of beast AS WELL AS others working “behind the scenes” knowing exactly how
to “yank his chain”, no different to
pretty much all the world’s despots going back to the beginning of time,
although the DAAC stooge “Little
Corporal” Hitler deserves the “grand prize”.
People
poorly conditioned seem to constantly forget that while they are easily
distracted by other poorly conditioned individuals pulling out all stops to
distract them, the stubborn facts not only remain but when someone such as The Sperm Donor
or Corporal McClendon take actions to “cover their tracks” they do in fact
leave tracks and why I suggest one more thing and that is to take photographs
of the tire tracks left by all the vehicles including those made by the Forest
Ranger’s green vehicle.
You
remember how OJ had parked his SUV outside his home in Brentwood, Los Angeles
at just enough of an angle that suggested he was in more of a hurry much like
what you saw in those Hertz commercials as he jumps over hurdles running
through airports before than hijacking all the aircrafts that have ever come
off each and every plane manufacturers’ assembly line going back prior to the
Wright Brothers even before the beginning of time before flying each one of
them into the White House but all we saw were the 2 World Trade Center
buildings being hit by Hezbollah drones and what you may only just now begin to
appreciate is why African Americans, on average SIGNIFICANTLY more intelligent than LWWE Americans have a history of horrific experiences being “stopped”
by officers of the law who including African American officers of the law have BOUGHT INTO the utter GARBAGE of African Americans being “on
average” less intelligent than us LWWE
whites, not to mention who the heck knows or more importantly who cares about
what is meant by white and black neither of which have color.
This FACT OF LIFE you are possibly hearing
about for the very first time has, however, everything to do with what is wrong
in

course you find not only the exceptions but neighbors even those unfriendly
waving to each other willing to help out as best they can so long as it does
not interfere with them getting what they believe is their “fair
share of the graft-spoils of war”.
You also
had to have heard how even folks like the President of Harvard University felt
so confident that he would tell another big lie that women are “less
intelligent” than men, specifically in the math and sciences which of
course are the two critically important subjects governing “logical thought processing” which most
able to logically thought process would agree is another excellent indicator of
intelligence.
This is in
fact a subject I have covered previously following a rather light hearted
dinner conversation a year or so ago involving scientist Dr. John K. Pollard an alumni of
MIT and Cornell University, myself and my wife MDG.
The
conversation in fact was mostly between MDG and Dr. JKP who was agreeing with Harvard’s President but I was listening EXTRAORDINARILY carefully bearing in
mind that although I never got to meet Marlyn
Vos Savant considered to have the highest IQ
ever, I was raised by my mother, Zena Gevisser who even to this day as she
protests senility may be SIGNIFICANTLY
more intelligent than Ms. Savant not to mention it is likely in my humble but
seasoned opinion that MDG is TODAY
significantly more intelligent than my mother ever was.
Dr. JKP came away from the discussion that
never really got in the least bit “testy”
as MDG
did the most extraordinary job of “fact
finding” to present MDG the “raw data” along with the precise
conclusions that would only have the most intellectually dishonest human beings
DARING to suggest that either
African Americans or women “in general” are “less intelligent” bearing in mind
that my wife’s math is much more than well above average; moreover her
mind-boggling delicate skill in prodding but without upsetting Dr. JKP that he FIND HIMSELF A WAY OUT OF THE HOLE he had dug for himself AND to “get real” and appreciate that
studies can show whatever those calling for the studies want as an outcome.
The true
“genius” of anyone in my humble but seasoned opinion, is to eliminate all
possible avenues “of escape” for those who usurp their limited authority
whether they be rogue corporals trying to loop in their underlings as well as
others wanting to be “part of the mob” or very poorly conditioned but brilliant
scientists like Dr. JKP who most who
know him well would argue he is well above average in “intellectual honesty” BUT IT IS on the MAJOR ISSUES OF THE DAY that requires someone such as MDG
with the most extraordinary “delicate touch” helping to reveal how such
individuals as Dr. JKP ARE THE GREATEST threat to world peace
as they are the ones who have the most influence on the utter garbage that gets
taught by professors at universities that pride themselves on attracting the
best , brightest, impressionable and WORST
OF ALL the most easily impressed versus kids getting out there in the “real
world” finding out much sooner and at far less cost, especially to their mental
well being, that the world, “SUCKS”.
Hitler
wasn’t that bright but nor was he altogether stupid, able to fully appreciate
the insidious business of “Money Creation”
the same with President Franklin D.
Roosevelt.
Again,
until such time as you read carefully Edward Jay Epstein’s THE DIAMOND INVENTION you will continue not only to “short change”
yourself financially but to lag that much more behind the next generation of
independent thinkers who undoubtedly appreciate my time more than what you and
your father have shown.
