Given how you refuse to see the wisdom of sharing with me your balance sheet for the logical reasons I have made patently clear, I now need to know the following before following up on your references that like a credit report really don’t mean very much, at least to me and people like me who understand perfectly WHY IT IS that people such as yourself don’t question me further about the lunacy of asking for personal references while making such a big fuss about sharing with me your balance sheet that says everything about how you have “conducted” your “life” up until this moment in time:

1. How much base rent are you prepared to pay us on top of 5% of the gross sales bearing in mind that you would be TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE for all the maintenance and repairs of Ccrest. Moreover, we would be renting it out to you “as is” and requiring a cleaning deposit of 500 pounds.

2. How much rent in addition to the cleaning deposit are you prepared to pay in advance for a 12 month rental.

Bear in mind that as enthusiastic as you say you are, you are not so enthusiastic to the point that you are willing to give me what I want so that I could by understanding more about your personal financial situation possibly help you "compete" better against others who may in fact be less "honorable" than you but are nevertheless willing to "gamble" on me not being able to ferret their "bs".

While Seacrest is a very insignificant asset of mine it is EXTRAORDINARILY important to how I am going about empowering the kids to parent the parents who need the most help!

You understand the reason there is no such thing as a “generation gap” just a “credibility gap” has everything to do with the fact that while we make such a big point about our kids watching their Ps and Qs while of course dotting there “Is” and “Ts” all the time informing them that people like Bill Clinton have “no choice” when just “getting by in this world” to while playing during work hours with the private parts of young interns all part and parcel of a society that for good reason tolerates also “lying, stealing and cheating”, it helps us a lot in dealing with our own hypocrisy that leads to such misery especially amongst the hard working poor and downtrodden.

Nothing quite makes us able to “live with ourselves” than to be able to point to others less “good” but who have achieved “celebrity status” and then shake our heads until such time as all our marbles fall out.

With all that said, let me know if you are not able to click on to this hyperlink that takes you to a heavily broadcasted and already heavily REad 2900 word email to President Bush - this rather bleak “status of the world” also containing 2 footnotes totaling 149 odd words.

Hiya Gary,

Well, your e-mail was confusing for me to understand but I think I

understood some of it.

I would like to say about the rent that the price we offered, we would like

to keep but maybe review it again in a couple of months. The reason for this

is because we will be taking the cafe on close to the winter months and I

presume that we wont make a lot of profit in these months. During the summer

months we will obviously make more and so then we could look at the rent

again

You mentioned in the e-mail that you wondered how we would fund the rent if

the cafe didnt work. Well as you know Jamie works full time and will

continue to do so while we are running the cafe. This is how we will pay the

rent incase the cafe dosnt work.

We really are looking forward to doing this together Gary and cant wait to

move in and get going on things, It will be lovely to have somewhere big

enough for my children to live in instead of our little rented apartment

that we have. It will be great to do something like this together as a

family.

Neither of us claim to be great chefs or experts in business dealings so it

will all be new to us both but we are going to give it our best shot.

Valerie tells me that she will help in any way she can and give us suppliers

contact details and anything else which we may need.

Anyway Gary hope you give us the opportunity to do this - Thanks!

Beks
