Were it not for the fact that I know you have not worked on Wall Street I would assume you are a "seasoned" Wall Street banker or whoever has advised to respond, "They are personal to me and me only" sounds like the sort of person I have made it my business-personal to "nail to the cross".

 

By now you should know everything there is to know about me by clicking on to my hyperlinks which then begs the question,

 

Why in the world other than you are so full of it, would you need to know how much I am worth if you have the resources to nail me to the cross should I ever make you cross?"

 

The simple answer without chasing you away is rather complicated.

 

In a nutshell, I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil doesn’t come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.

 

With that said, my experience is that there is great truth to saying,

 

"Desperate people act desperately and can be as corrupt as those not in the least bit desperate who have built in to their 'cost of sales' the 'cost of getting caught'" [sic].

 

In other words you are so much better off not doing a deal with me if it turns out that you have either a lot to lose or nothing to lose.

 

In other words, I am doing you a big favor by having you let me know how you are going to survive if you are not successful at running the café.

 

In other words, in you one email you suggested that you would increase the rent to between 675 and 700 a month in the event you didn’t have to pay any percentage of sales above the base rent bearing in mind that you were talking about previously paying 650 base rent + 10% of sales.

 

In other words, you think you are going to be doing sales in the region of zero to 500 pounds per month on average over the next 12 months which indicates to me that you are most likely very on the ball and likely to succeed.

 

Bear in mind that Valerie Coster just over the last summer with little support achieved sales of some 20,000 pounds which is not to suggest that your kids are the only reasons why you might not be as dedicated.

 

I also know things are very, very tough out there in the "real world" and quite frankly I can barely "see out" more than 7 days given the extraordinarily high level as chaos as my wife and I along with Pypeetoe, our Super Italian Greyhound, look out over the Pacific Ocean sitting in nothing short than in the “lap of luxury” as another kiteboarder surfs by, his sail I could have sworn touching the top edge of the cliff in front,,, now a helicopter gun ship from Camp Pendleton flies by,,, now a dove, peace and harmony.

 

It is unclear to me whether to do a deal with you is "good" or "bad" just the way you might feel after reading all of the above.

 

Here in the United States one can rent pretty much anything including Air Force One based on one’s “credit report” that is a document geared exclusively to confuse the hard working masses who are very poor but not stupid.

 

Hopefully once I complete by August 1st the first draft of my forthcoming book dealing with the insidious business of “money creation” with the subtitle, “A message for the President” you will understand perfectly why you should gladly HAVE ALREADY shared with me your balance sheet given how I am possibly the only person in the world who is capable upon reviewing such a document that in 99.99% recurring of cases is as totally bogus as a “credit report” to respond both succinctly and appropriately.

 

Don’t forget it is not simply just a “matter of time” before the world’s capital and financial markets collapse it is a fact that I can predict to the Nth degree of certainty when it WILL occur.

 

Moreover, I can assure you for those who “add value” it will be a time to celebrate big time.

to me and me only. Sorry about that!

I am prepared to give you all the references you need including a reference

from the bank but im not giving you that sort of information.

The bank need a correspondance address for you for them to send a reference

- It is Bank policy! So I am going to need that.

You will need to email my estate agent for a reference from them. the

Road, Minehead, Somerset. That is also their policy, not mine!

As I said before I will get you work and personal references if need be.

We are both very honest, reliable and trustworthy people but you will have

Well Gary, quite an interesting e-mail. Not sure if I understood it all

though!!!

I found it very confusing but interesting at the same time.

 

Right on the subject of increasing the rent without you having the 10%. That

is fine by us!

We could perhaps offer you then £675 - £700 per month. You will have to let

Now - References, I'v enquired at my Estate Agents for a reference for us

and they have told me that you will have to e-mail them to ask for a

reference - policy!!! Stupid -Yes!!!

On the reference from the bank, I need to write to them asking them to give

I could get a work reference for jamie and a character reference for both of

us if need be as the other two may take a while. Again let me know your

thoughts about this.
