I have to now weigh up what you are willing to do with
another party who has indicated through Valerie Coster that he is willing to give
us a higher percentage of the cafe sales + possibly run the residence side as a
bed and breakfast.
There is, however, something about you that I like very
much despite your unwillingness to share with me your balance sheet that in all
likelihood would have allowed me to make a quicker decision in YOUR FAVOR.
You may have noticed that I have one other agenda going
on right now that is in fact at least as important as having the right tenant.
Preventing the precipitous collapse of the capital and
financial markets as you can only imagine may in fact be done easier than said
which is principally why I am "procrastinating" in releasing
the first draft of my forthcoming book, THE
HISTORY OF MONEY CREATION AND ITS FUTURE along with the subtitle, "A
message for the President".
Not even my wife who expected it on August 31st seems to
be in the least bit surprised or for that matter bothered by my delay bearing
in mind that once you know all that I know you would in all probability agree
wholeheartedly with me that our great President, the most honorable George W. Bush should do the right
thing and the smart thing and IMMEDIATELY suspend trading in the shares
of public corporations given how such a move would take the "wind out of the sail" of the
rapacious such as Ronald O. Perelman,
Chairman of the Board of Revlon Corporation who manipulates the share price of
this brand name enterprise so incredibly "under water" it is
no laughing matter in order to borrow increasingly worthless monies at "rock bottom" prices and upon
"doomsday" as the world's poor then feel "out and in cold"
left with no choice but to fight amongst themselves "for scraps" so along comes Ronald "The Finagle King" Perelman scooping up other public
corporations whose share price has dropped as a result of all the hysteria well
below their intrinsic value.
Of course I could have spelled this all above in much
more simple English in about one tenth the space but then again my mind is
still focused on an attempt by an extraordinarily evil human to follow in the
footsteps of others such as The Sperm Donor and "set me up" for their
own extraordinarily "bad judgment" on top of the
fact that I still have to deal with the sight of this several day old mouse
that had died under the washing machine that thank G-d I had the help of my
wife, Marie Dion Gevisser who took charge of the clean up
in the garage over here at our awesome studio house overlooking the most magnificent
Pacific Ocean where we were awoken at the crack of dawn to the cries of surfers
catching the most incredibly well formed waves with dolphins popping up and down in
the foreground.
Life goes on.
Your ability not to be distracted by what I am doing
whether or not you agree and/or can even understand what IT IS that I am trying to do while serving what you believe is in
the best interests of your family is nothing short of commendable.
With all that said please "sit tight" for no
more than 48 hours.

Just wondering what is happening with the Cafe?
We really want to get things going now if we can, and would like do be in occupance by the 1st of September.
Will you let me know because we also have to give notice
on our present property - A month.
