I took the Red Lion which

Having spent upwards of
150k on refurb at the RED LION to make it what is know known as the the best
fish restaurant in the area ( 35 mile radius thats uk miles by the way )
unfortunatley its is a pub and needs to create a speicalist environment for
what is becoming to big for THE RED LION although there are other places in the
area due to the prximimity to the RED LION Seacrest lends itself to the
transfer of the specialist food side – Who put up the
money? What does your balance sheet look like?
I have a 21 year lease at
the RED LION with ENTERPRISE INNS PLC and am in a position to sell after 2
years and if Seacrest was succesfull in the way I belive it could be I would
sell the lease and Possibly buy Seacrest if you wanted to sell – don’t you think
it would have been a whole lot easier apart from you wanting to impress me with
your literary skills and an ability to “talk sh*t” [sic] so critical in
impressing the leaderships of ragtag Hezbollah cell to have disclosed such
relevant information prior to you doing the most extraordinary job of

First of all my dream is
actualy a reality at The Red Lion some 400 yards from the nclosed Seacrest and
as I said in previous emails I am ready to invest time effort and cash in
making the whole thing work !

think about insulting you as you seem to have done to me
First having come from
what is really Gods country The NORTH EAST of england and as there is no where
on this planet to compare I must take umbridge at your suggetion of "
