Interesting
how you go on and on about nothing while making I assume, since we all
understand the need to take up “negative space”, the most brilliant point that
you are also fully aware of all the "games" that are played in
running a restaurant, the most important what I have already spelled.
Forgive
though for possibly once again insulting you intelligence by repeating, HOW
DO YOU EXPECT ME TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NET PROFITS OF YOU, YOUR SON, YOUR

This
very possible intellectual honesty on your part doesn’t do much for my
confidence especially when you go on about your dreams of achieving nearly 4
times the amount of sales the café section of the property has ever achieved
bearing in mind that to the best of my knowledge nothing in the past apart from
sexual favors has come from renting out the rooms to stragglers who couldn’t
afford what previous crooked operators of the property where charging “under the table”.
This in
turn leaves me to think that maybe a good chunk of your sales is going to come
from renting either the rooms or the many toilets on the property or both.
Please
give some more thought to my thoughts that also involve having to deal with
people at the end of the lease who may not be the best business-personal people
who instead of blaming themselves for the failure to meet their own
expectations find it much easier especially when raised in the two greatest
welfare states in the world, Great Britain and the U.S. to simply point a
finger at the most visible target.
I am
increasingly inclined to let the place stay vacant until such time as I either find the right buyer or an operator say like George W. Bush
who speaks my language.
Ps - while the clock ticks and we get
that much closer to becoming jellyfish what you should realize is that this
opportunity while slipping out of your hands serves greatly in my effort to
achieve worldwide peace which as you know even if you didn’t receive a copy of

you had thought that the other peoples offer was ok at
700 per month and whilst I would be happy to match that I would not be prepared
to tag a % of profit gross or otherwise to it !
you suggest that we could opperate
Seacrest as is with no changes but as you are well aware it historically has
only achived a turn over of approx 20k what I am
suggesting would possibly move up to 70 k whilst there is no guarentee of this I would suggest it would be signifigntly higher than 20k we already do greater than that on food sales
at the Red Lion now and see no reason for not to continue at Seacrest
I really dont want to bore you
with the same old story but to get to what you call maximising
income overheads need to be kept to a minimum as you point out there are to
many people rapeing resourses
of others to stay selfishly rich without any regard to those that have to put
maximum effort into just earining enough to stay
alive never mind make enough to even take time off to go on a family holiday
My original offer still stands and the pencil lead ran
out at 650 per month 6 month in advance and 5% of net profit whish could be as
much as 3.5 k but then we may all turn into jelly fish who knows it may be
preferable
What I can tell you is that Seacrest is empty not
operating and we are moveing into winter and as you
Know Minehead closes and everyone living here turns into hibernating Hobbits
that go no where and spend nothing
