Point 1
Agreed I see no problems with this and will keep you up to date on the start of trading which will not be imediate but will be asap reletive to local authority permissions and with your approval some redecoration
Point 2/3
Point 4
I agree as these improvements are critical to the success the business would have to stand it ultimatly
Point 5
I cannot agree as these costs will be borne by myself the cost will only be relitive to me although your permission would be paramount
Point 6
I agree although weekly can be a ball ache if we get busy !
Point 7
Naturally !
Point 8
I do have some issues with Enterprise Inns in respect of work that they have failed to do in respect of our lease at the Red Lion along with a claim for damages and earnings loss as a result of paying Too much rent on areas that have been unable to be used our claim is legitimate and would not have any impact on any of our dealings
Hope this is ok for you
Best Regards Dave
Ps Gary my partner Lynn and I have successfully built in the face of many adversitys 2 very successfull businesses Includint the largest Audio visual Studio in the North East of England including winning a contract for the support of unemployed musicians which was the largest in the uk and the most successfull at getting people into work
I only sold the business 2 years ago as the offer on the property was to high to ignore
I bought at 60 k and sold for 320k
we opperate the Red Lion at a break even after 2 years which has been a nightmare due to its past reputation but it is getting too much for us to do as its 24 7 365 and although we dont mind hard work it can be a bit much at times so we have employed more staff recently to give us more time to do other things like Seacrest
