Dave,
While I
said, “from my standpoint the sooner
you move in the better” I
congratulate Valerie Coster as well as you in you sending in an electrician to
check out what needs to be done.
Moreover, I consider your “assertive” move and her
eagerness to do the right thing exceedingly comforting.
Going forward, however, we both need to be
exceedingly mindful so as to avoid any missteps.
The quicker you and I both agree on each one of the
following points the sooner you can sign the agreement, hand the monies over to
my attorneys and begin making a success of Seacrest.
1. The base rent for the 2 year lease
is 650 a month plus 3.5% GROSS of all food sales. I think it would be fair that
you pay the additional monies no later than the 3rd day following
the end of the month? I also think it is fair that of the 6 months base rent
you are paying in advance, one month goes toward the base rent due on the first
of the 24th month, i.e. you will begin depositing with my attorneys
650 a month beginning on the 6 month ending on the 23rd month, and
upon signing the 24 month lease agreement and paying the 6 months rent upfront
start the clocking rolling on the 24 month lease. Time is of the essence.
2. Should you generate any other income
apart from food which I assume includes all non-alcohol drinks you will inform
me ahead of time, giving me sufficient notice, say 3 days, for you and I to
agree on how I would be compensated for such additional sales and if you don’t
hear from me directly within this timeframe to contact either Sue Walker or
Valerie Coster who have my authority to agree to what is “fair”? And of course
my wife, Marie Dion Gevisser who owns at least 51% of everything I own has the
final word but she is now sound asleep.

5. I have the right to inspect the
property at any time during the course of the 2 year lease. I think it would be
fair that I get a weekly report of all sales emailed to me within 3 days
following the end of the week.
6. Should there be a violation of the
lease as it relates specifically to improvements done without my approval, the
lease will be invalidated and you will have to immediately vacate the premises
and of course I would seek damages prescribed by law.
7. Any and all improvements shall stay
with the property, i.e. belong to me AT NO COST following the end of the lease
period, i.e. you have calculated already or prior to the signing of the lease
how you plan to both cover as well as get a sufficient return on your
investment for any and all improvements whether or not approved by me; i.e. you
understand me perfectly on this very important point.
8. I need to know now the nature of any
actual litigation or pending litigation that you are aware of that involves you
personally and/or the Red Lion. As you know, all I know about you is that you
are like me “shrewd”, but you know a whole lot more about me than I do about
you. I will need to be able to get my “arms around” such matters and
accordingly how forthright you are with me on such matters is critical bearing
constantly in mind, “Time is of the essence”.
Again,
the sooner you can address each one of the points above, bearing in mind that
none of the points contain that many multiple points that would allow either
one of us to get distracted to the point that either one or both of us would
want to walk away now as “friends”.
Again,
there is a very bright spotlight being focused on not just me but everyone I
choose to “make contract with”.
I.E.,
you are far better off having me as your “friend” who parted company as
“friends” than me becoming your worst nightmare.
Again,
my wife, Marie Dion Gevisser who knows me better than perhaps even my Royal
Mater when she began to feign senility says, “

I also KNOW versus BELIEVE these are EXTRAORDINARILY DANGEROUS TIMES but far
less scary in my humble but seasoned opinion than at any time in the history of
mankind.
It is
undoubtedly the most “trying” time not so much for each of us but if you
believe there is a Superior Being than now you must surely agree is when such a
Being plans to take His-Her vengeance on each and every one of us who NOW
usurps our limited authority.
And of
course if you don’t believe in SB and
think it is all a bunch of bs then why bother working, making the logical
decision to simply “opt out”, go on welfare, steal if necessary and if that
doesn’t get you enough do whatever is necessary while constantly bearing in
mind that you are being extraordinarily logical and logic will tell you once
you know as much as I do about the fragility of the capital and financial
markets forget but just for a moment the increasing likelihood of big bomb
going off in Jerusalem, no one in their right mind let alone someone able to
logically thought process would conclude we have anywhere close to 24 months
left.
What has
happened in the past belongs in the past and of course such a Being has been
aware of both good deeds and misdeeds and has of course exacted His-Her
vengeance but it is not for me or anyone else to either question or be bothered
how such a Being has m

The

applicable to each and every one of us in our daily lives.
Again,
what happened to cause one side to lose and one side to win battles like the
Battle of Hastings in 1066 may be interesting but it has no bearing whatsoever
on any of us CHOOSING to ignore the
calamity of allowing the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel to be
granted unbridled control over the allocation of the world’s precious and
limited resources for the past 100 or so years to the point that today there
isn’t a single law on the books including some good ones such as the one that
says out of control dogs should leash their out of control owners that isn’t in
some way “warped” by the warped minds of each and every human being on this
planet who doesn’t now speak out and at a minimum distance themselves
altogether from the DAAC, the mafia
of mafia, special interest group of special interest groups responsible for the
greatest enslavement, torture and mass murder of all time that continues to
this day.
