My posts on the Yahoo message boards are being deleted as soon as I post them up to mention little of you also deleting my Yahoo IDs at an equally feverish pace despite the fact that my posts cover a subject matter, "due diligence" that I happen to be quite expert at to mention in passing that while mostly retired since my early 30s I have continued over the past 15 odd years, now 48 years of age, to dabble, a far cry from “babble” at the highest levels of the corporate world and in more recent years my unique and universal “risk assessment” services have been called upon by the most successful and might I add rapacious SCALs [Shareholder Class Action Litigators] to assist them respond to fast balls thrown at or near head by the most crooked of Wall Street managers.

 

Perhaps even more disturbing to folks who have followed my rather stellar track record in ferreting out corruption at the highest levels of the pyramid, smart enough to have figured out the benefits of never, not once turning a blind eye to evil, is the fact that those who support my position that there be both full and truthful disclosures particularly when it comes to public corporations have now also had their posts “banned” on Yahoo message boards.

 

A few years back the founders of Eraider.com an Internet fronting organization for Melvyn Weiss Esq, of Milberg Weiss-Lerach, former SCAL clients of mine threatened to do exactly what Yahoo have done but decided in my humble but seasoned opinion, to do the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing and simply shut down their website, such a noteworthy accomplishment taking place back on June 27^th of last year while I was visiting the sights of Machu Picchu, click on for more details:

 

While Yahoo no doubt has the right to decide what if anything should be allowed on your message boards, the decision taken to "shut me up" while allowing people who refuse to provide any personal information about themselves, accomplishing nothing short of misleading the investing public, causes me at this time to begin shining a very bright spotlight on Yahoo, i.e. What exactly is Yahoo hiding?

 

So fearful I assume that once I fully expose the deep rot of the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel [DAAC] it could very possibly lead to those public corporations who have benefited the most from the insidious business-personal Anti-Trust trading practices of this monopoly of monopolies having to “fess up” to their "imperial links” as in "The Emperor has no clothes" resulting in the masses all around the world fed up with all the bs, not foolish enough, however, to show up at your front doors screaming at the top of their lungs "Off with their heads" and having the likes of you used to having things all your own way “use and abuse” local law enforcement but using the power of The Internet to exact a much smarter vengeance on those who have usurped their limited authority?

 

In a nutshell, I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of the small authority, i.e. evil does not come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.

 

Please do not test my patience any further, i.e. not only is time of the essence but take my word on it that each member of Yahoo’s board of directors may be most upset were this message not to be forwarded to them allowing each of their insurance carriers responsible for providing them both collectively and individually liability coverage, beyond the customary Directors & Liability coverage, thus facilitating further “due diligence” on me.
