being one of the 5 Books of Moses and the first “coincidence” of
the folks who wrote the Bible choosing of all the 5 senses our ability to hear
sound, knowing back then nothing about the UNIQUENESS of sound to this increasingly

and forward” as well as “up and down” to how many
coincidences does it take before it is no longer a co-incidence?
Should you still not be able to come up with a
number feeling oneself so godly than when looking at the empirical data one
would have to agree that there is “shared energy”
amongst us, some no doubt whose space between their ears has not become like
Deep Space a perfect vacuum, more so than the rest, but at some point most of

the next cannot exceed the awesome speed of 10.8 billion meters per second in a
perfect vacuum like Deep Space when most logically minded people would agree
everything becomes “mathematical”?
No one really knowing for “certain” what
happens when time “stands still”, never forgetting first in QM there are only “probabilities” no
“certainties” and second that the RSE
was the first indication that c was not a
“constant” which brings Newton’s principal of m once again being the “constant” that got
tossed out with S-G Relativity, for every action
there is an equal and opposite reaction nothing is gained nor is lost?
It simply taking time as one would expect to gather

The concept of “Blind faith” seems at
least to me to be at odds with what one would expect from our extraordinarily

Regarding the Bee removal
issue. A few days ago I had a bee hive of American-African Bees for
$250.00. They had to drill into a wall at ground level and then return to seal
up the ingress/egress opening. I think that $450.00 is out of line based
upon my experience.
You could stop payment on the check
and reissue a check in the amount of $150.00 whereupon a small claims court
action could be pursued against you for the balance. He would probably
argue you made a deal for $450.00 as evidenced by Marie writing the check for
$450.00. You will state that the payment was a mistake based upon an invoice
which was in error and that Marie did not recognize the error. If the
check you presented is already negotiated then you could proceed to small
claims court to seek recovery of the $300.00 paid in excess of the bargain
price.
I can appreciate how you feel in
getting ripped off and I would pursue all available remedies, including
contacting the Better Business Bureau and lodge a complaint regarding this bait
and switch tactic.
Regarding the tenancy issue with the
neighbor from hell I think you should maintain a log concerning her disruptive
behavior and we will use it at the trial. The issues of her laudry habits
will be necessarily trumped by her loud drunken behavior. I think this
type behavior addresses the interference with your right of peace and quiet
enjoyment of the premises as opposed to her laundry habits. I don

Walt – I have separate
issue that I need some help with.
We had a pest control person
come out to kill some bees at our rock cabin out in Pinevalley.
I agreed on a price over the
telephone with the owner who told me that if we wanted his company to take out
the honey, his worker having to go through paneling and whathaveyou which is
where most of the work would be, it could cost $450 but if we simply wanted the
bees killed since we are planning on doing renovations in the near future it
would cost $150.
I was not at the cabin when
the work was done yesterday and the workman who only killed the bees, there for
a total of one hour, then presented Marie with a bill for $450 which she
promptly paid with a check unaware of the specifics of my conversation with the
owner of this
As soon as I heard yesterday
afternoon from Marie what happened I called the owner and left a message about
how disappointed I was and that I did not want the check cashed.
The owner called me up just
a few minutes ago to let me know first that he had “tap recorded”
our conversation from when we first spoke and when I told him that while I
thought it was illegal for him to have done so I would welcome him playing it
back to me. He refused and told me he had quoted me $450 as being “the
price” and then he hung up the phone after I shared with him a few choice
words.
Do we have any legal
recourse. Can I have Marie place a stop payment on the check?
This again is a matter of
principal, I simply don’t know of any other way but to never turn a blind
eye to evil?
