Dear Lindsey,

I am not simply very "unimpressed" but EXTRAORDINARILY DISSAPOINTED in your decision to ignore me.

Moreover, thinking that you could "dispense" with me by writing 57 odd words of "fluff" between the "Dear Gary" and signing your name has me now INSTRUCTING YOU to provide me with the email address of your "direct report".

Take your time.

Please include all prior correspondence.

A very disappointed customer who now questions not only PEET's integrity but their competency when issuing financial disclosure documents highlighting their "independence" from competitors such as Starbucks who quite obviously have figured out that they can rely on the co-opted-corrupted Linsey Shupes of the world to do their bidding as they go about "rigging-price fixing" the global market for themselves and trusted competitors-co-conspirators?

Gary S. Gevisser

Ps - Consider all our "back and forth" as the "recital" in a class action lawsuit that I now direct Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk to proceed "post haste" with more of the pre-discovery.

Dear Gary,

Thank you for the follow up. Our expansion is extremely limited right

now. We are based in California, and we are working on opening local

stores, and some expansion towards the eastern United States. I have not

heard about any international expansion as of yet.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Best Wishes!

Dear Linsey,

Do you have any idea why your one competitor Starbucks is growing at the rate of 5 stores-shops per week in the Middle East but they don’t have one shop in Israel?

Are you in China and if not would you be interested?

Best regards,

Gary
