Mr. Rabin, it is my understanding that the 9th district court in California stopped the recall of Governor Davis?

Can you please confirm receipt of my E-mail to you of 9-12-03 in which I make reference to the “smoking gun evidence” in my possession that the Gubernatorial elections held November 8^th 2002 were rigged, the same “boys” who “engineered” the “dirty” mail campaign that got Mr. Hahn elected Mayor of Los Angeles, and of course the former Mayor of Los Angles, Richard Riorden, getting “rear ended” shouldn’t come as much as a surprise to someone like yourself, so well informed?

I am though always very weary of anyone who relies on someone else to butter his-her bread, agree?
