Hello Ron,

As you see, I am only sending this between you and Gary and there are no

BCCs. I agree with you, my assumptions regarding your career or more over,

your integrity are solely based on information about AIG, the industry, and

information that Gary has shared regarding his perspective on the industry.

Almost all of which spoke poorly of AIG as opposed to you personally.

I've known Gary for a few years (3 or 4) and though I think he may be rough

around the edges and wordy at times, I think his intentions are pure which

is why I help him when I can. I rarely read everything he sends but when he

asks for me to give an opinion or critique him, I gladly assist. From our

talks together, his goal as I understand it, has been to call people and

corporations to task to rethink the way they conduct themselves and try to

get them to "do the right thing" which could be subjective I suppose but I

am assuming that "the right thing" is being honest above all. He also touts

that he tries to not just say what's wrong, but to constructive criticism as

opposed to solely destructive criticism which is much easier. Which he may

not have done successfully with you.

I am admittedly naive about big business and what goes on behind closed

doors. I have however seen first hand, executives in companies I have worked

for doing questionable things with investors money. But I was not in a

position to do anything but point it out to the public (which I did) and

then leave (which I did as well). I did so at a different stage in my life

than you are in now, I did not have the responsibilities of a family and a

mortgage payment to cloud my decision. I think Gary may have turned on you

when you chose to put blinders up to your employer. As people we justify our

actions to make us feel better, I know I do. But at some point we have to

make a decision, and sometimes we lose sight of who we are or were because

of it. The salary gets bigger every year, the kids need braces or go off to

college, the house gets bigger and soon enough, the choices we have get

narrowed to; turn a cheek and maintain my lifestyle which I have come

accustom to, or make a life altering decision which would perhaps help me

sleep better at night but could hurt my dependants. I'm not implying that

you are a thief or a murderer, but even just as a consumer's perspective of

someone required to supply workman's comp required by legislature passed

with assistance of lobbyist, my opinion of the industry of insurance is that

it is shady by nature, the concept is shady, and therefore it would be

ignorant for me to assume that you wouldn't have seen a few things that

registered questionable (especially after 25+ years).

Our opinion of you is obviously important to you otherwise you would not

have allowed Gary to get to you, and you would not have taken the time to

set me straight. I think that Gary's "calling you to task" could have been

done so in a less offensive way, but he is who he is, and regardless of his

delivery, he is on the right track with his efforts, even if at times he has

poor execution of it.

I don't know you beyond what I have seen in emails and heard from Gary, and

regardless of what you think, he likes you and has spoken highly of you and

actually the career you have led. But as he says, the fish rots from he head

down, and the higher up you get in the company the more and more you

compromise your integrity, until some point you lose sight of who you were

and why you started in the first place (which by your account, sounds

genuine). However, can you please explain what you meant by

You see Adam - most insureds are in fact to a large degree self insured becasue statistically ( National Safety Counsel stats ) a risk pays 4 to 10 dollars ( direct out of pocket ) for ever dollar of loss cost payed by their policy - to cover the "non-insured" costs of loss - " because to me, that just sounds like canned response, and really says more negative about the insurance industry than aything else.

Judging by your responses to Gary's attacks, you are extremely loyal both to

your family and to your company, other wise you would not have reacted the

way you have to protect them. I think you are a good guy by virtue of that.

But life gets complicated if you let it, and what at one time was black and

white turns to shades of grey. I think this is why Gary spends his time with

you, because he sees the potential in your character. Otherwise it would be

a waste of energy and most of all time, which his values the most.

I have never responded to anyone but Gary, primarily because though I want

to help, I prefer to help from behind the scenes. But your email was sincere

and logical and I respect that (although the dig at the end was not

necessary). I will probably go silent again after this, but I will be

watching... And as you paraphrased, "it is better to remain silent and

thought a fool, than to speak up and remove all doubt." though I am not a

fool, I do chose my battles and with this email I hope you have some clarity

as to where I stand and that my opinion of you is more by virtue of your

career industry as opposed to you as a person. Remember, you are and will be

remembered as Ron Bellows, not Ron Bellows the insurance adjuster. You are

not defined by whom your pay check comes from. So don't take offense at

attacks on the industry. Your children and grandchildren will see you as Dad

and their Grandfather respectively and how you conduct yourself with them

and the moral and values you display.

I wish you the best. You have a journey ahead of you, if you chose to pursue

it.

Life is very short.

Sincerely,

Adam

Ps – Gary is now in “command and control” of my computer, i.e. he is entirely responsible for what follows, Gary reminding me when I provided him an advance copy of my response above that he is constantly covering a lot of ground recognizing as he puts it, “the importance of never going around in circles that being rough around the edges has its benefits”, agree?

It is important to remember that Pi not round Pi r² not only the poor and downtrodden mesmerized by the DAAC, agree?

Just earlier Gary was describing another most incredible sunset so tranquil, so colorful, so at odds with the extreme temperatures of Deep Space, mindful of how incredibly fortunate us human beings r at this precise moment in time yet to discover another settlement like ours since it is most likely we will kill each other, agree?

So why else explore the universe besides for finding more gold to be used in wiring reducing the obsolescence factor in computers?

So necessary to find a unifying goal while pointing out the similarities between the poor and the favored class like Gary’s South African buddy Cliff Benn who sees fit to swallow uncut diamonds that when exiting the anus depending upon how skilled one is at this task can save a whole pile of money when considering that the DAAC control every aspect of the diamond trade including the “spit polishing”, agree?

Gary now whispering in my ear to have u consider be4 the Nazis started removing body parts tossing the worthless remains into the ovens at places like Auschwitz who other than the DeBeers-Anglo American Cartel do u think would have provided the financing to polish not only their medals but those ever so bright shining boots and second, do u simply agree with Glenn Shapiro that such financiers must have simply been awful and why bother now since all that history is water over a ducks back?

BTW was your E-mail the other day to Gary as I read it a clear cut threat on his life?

Furthermore, Gary is now saying, “Adam, at some point, helpfully soon u, will begin to understand the outrage of the increasingly well informed non-Lilly White Wheaty eating masses like Tefo Mohapi to mention little of the non-peaceful masses not so caught up in this forgiveness bullshit who r more in touch with why G-D-NAture got rid of our tails. Tell me in simple English what u understand by what Ron wrote,

“You see Adam - most insureds are in fact to a large degree self insured

becasue statistically ( National Safety Counsel stats ) a risk pays 4 to 10

dollars ( direct out of pocket ) for ever dollar of loss cost payed by their

policy - to cover the "non-insured" costs of loss –“

The best off the cuff response I can come up with is,

I didn't really read what he wrote very closely. My intention and sentiment with what I wrote him was more of an appeal for him to do the right thing with out backing him into a corner. The guilt of leaving a legacy of dishonesty and justifying greed, hopefully being sufficient to change sides. But reading what he wrote below, my take being he is more justifying why the insurance industry and AIG in this case is a scam.

My literal translation of what he wrote being: Entities that pay insurance pay out 4 to 10 times of what the actual insurance company every gives back. Based on the fact that most people insure themselves against things that statistically doesn't happen very often.

Is that what he meant?

Gary is now asking me,

“Yes that is what I believe he meant. Now what does that tell u about people who buy insurance?”

I am now responding,

I don't know if that is a fair question, because as you have found, and I have found, the government does not allow for anything else. I would love to put the workman's compensation payments into and account for the workers, but I can't pull building permits without it.

Gary now says,

“U answered my question rather well. Doubtful I could have come up with a more succinct answer even if I focused all day on it versus spending most of the day today after taking the dogs in the morning to Dog Beach looking out my one of a kind window watching some great surfers catch rather terrific waves to mention little of the most beautiful athletes particularly the women running just in front my one of a kind Monterey Cyprus tree to the left of the oversized window smiling from ear to ear.

In less than 5 minutes I will give u more of the Ps I think u should add to your reply email to Ron and I will make certain he knows it is all coming from me.

In the meantime look at my latest posting on the KO Yahoo website.”

Now Gary is piping in with,

“I know not only a thing or ‘tTOo’ [sic] about how to bring out the best and worst in people, number the essence of all things good or evil but all about being so fricken ‘charming’, my mother not only home schooled me rather well but she was the Queen of Charm Schools to mention little of how charming mankind really is to G-D-NAture stands to reason that he would be so unkind to his own thinking this world is all about ‘me, me, me, money.’

Adam, may I suggest u finish off with RBS reminding him of the following:

Mr. Bellows Senior, my understanding is that your relationship with Gary Steven Gevisser began in late December 1996 early 1997 after Hank Greenberg, Chairman and CEO of the "unlawful" and "shameful" megalopoly of AIG directed Thomas Tizzio, the President of AIG, to provide his "best efforts", i.e. make certain that Bill Fry, head of AIG's Mergers and Acquisitions division, pulled out all stops, getting his number one guy, i.e. you, to head west and "kick the tires" of Sunmed Inc. a closely held medical device company headed up by Gary S. Gevisser with the primary seed capital coming from Fred Deluca, founder and co-partner of Doctors Associates which in turn is in “command and control” of some 15,000 Subway sandwich shops, agree?

No doubt Hank wouldn’t credit you with introducing him to Gary who had obviously sufficient credibility with this Patriarch of the "First Family of Insurance" to believe Gary when he was able to cut to the chase in a less than 5 minute phone call while making the astonishing prediction that given the evidence in Sunmed's possession he was quite convinced Sunmed would be able to get Judge Jack B. Weinstein one of the most famous federal judges in the United States to overturn a landmark multi-million dollar repetitive stress injury award because of malfeasance by plaintiff lawyers-liars, agree?

Now Mr. Bellows spell out precisely what if anything you take issue with in terms of what is written above to mention little of please explaining the circumstances of what led up to Bill Fry leaving AIG and if in fact it is true Mr. Fry was led out of his offices at AIG's headquarters overlooking Wall Street in handcuffs why would u later bail him out with a handful of bucks and then in as many words as u wish explain why even after Gary made it patently clear that the founder of Sunmed, Ms. MaryRose Cusimano despite being quite brilliant couldn’t, however, be trusted you continued to tout her services while no longer in the highly sensitive M & A division other than your employer, the "unlawful" and "shameful" fony megalopoly of AIG-Marsh and McLennan ACE Ltd is in the business of making a “profit” even if selling “below cost” so long as your “fony crap... megalopoly” can gobble up the competition putting out all sorts of bullshit information which u so well articulated in your May 3rd 2004 E-mail broadcasting your “mea culpa” to G-D only knows how many people in a position to help Mr. Gevisser’s “social cause” to mention little of your handiwork in that “social cause” email broadcasted to the world back on February 24th of last year, agree?

It all comes down to anything but profits but rather cashflow underwriting which is all about decimating the competition allowing the likes of your megalopoly to ultimately charge people "thru the nose" [sic] not quite in the spirit of our so sacrosanct Anti-Trust laws which brings me to one final question,

What did you hope to achieve by sharing with Gary S. Gevisser AIG's internal documents pertaining to the significant negative side effects of Aspartame and why not simply do the right thing and the smart thing which is also the right thing and walk into the offices say of Eliot Spitzer, Attorney General of New York State and while falling on the sword beginning by saying how sorry u r about the bullshit u wrote me below explain everything without beating around the bush, so childish to resort to calling our great President, the most honorable George W. Bush a “Nazi Dictator”, while hooked to a lie detector test why it was-is that Eliot Spitzer was able to get Marsh and McLennan under the "command and control" of Hank Greenberg's son during the price fixing that later had Jeffrey Greenberg resigning and MandM writing a check to the Feds for some $850 million agreeing that their misconduct was both "shameful" and "unlawful".

I assume you are familiar with Gary S. Gevisser's "work product" in Shareholder Class Action Lawsuits and why the likes of skilled and experienced litigators such as Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk "cite" Gary’s accomplishments no different at least in my humble opinion to you, Mr. Ron Bellows Senior, a senior Risk Management specialist for this criminal enterprise perhaps not quite up to snuff as the DAAC [DeBeers Anglo American Cartel] saying how "impressed" you were with Gary’s denunciation of the "true nature" of the insurance industry.

Perhaps, Mr. Gary S. Gevisser is right when he repeats the same thing over and over again,

We use the excuse of family when it is plain simply money, pure greed because if u were really concerned with family would u want to raise your kid to be this corrupt because they will have to be more corrupt to survive unless of course they inherit the money, is that what u r planning to do?

One suggestion I keep hearing in the back of my head Mr. Bellows is that both you and I could benefit from reading time and again Perfect Storm II on the www.footsak.com network which provides a pretty good measure of how Mr. Gary S. Gevisser can be both stiletto like when need be while making rather boring but critically important stuff like how incredibly rigged the financial markets are quite interesting reading, nothing quite like being time and again in the pivotal position to provide irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of fraud, proof a function of evidence, the better the evidence the better the proof, leading to why Mr. Gary S. Gevisser who has quite a good command of numbers, certainly better than me, to profess time and again that his websites remain on track to be the number one websites on The Internet in no small measure thanks to folks like u incapable it seems of resisting reading about themselves, good or bad, number the essence of all things?

Dear Adam - I have no idea what Gary has led you to believe about my career

aspirations or accomplishments etc -

However, based upon your comments below - I can assure you that you do not

understand - at all - what I do for a living ....

In brief, I will explain here:

" my job is to HELP our customers manage their risk and reduce their

exposures and loss costs "  which in turn helps them reduce their future

premiums ....

You see Adam - most insureds are in fact to a large degree self insured

becasue statistically ( National Safety Counsel stats ) a risk pays 4 to 10

dollars ( direct out of pocket ) for ever dollar of loss cost payed by their

policy - to cover the "non-insured" costs of loss -

Therefore - all my consultative efforts - be it for workers compensation,

product liability, environmental impairment or even more non-generic

exposure like fire-life safety, product tamper, kidnap and ramsome or

disaster recovery and business continuity - is all geared to help an

insured - become a better risk overall - which in turn reduces their overall

cost of insurance ( it also helps to protect the insurance company profits

as well - no doubt about it )

However - in 25 years I have worked with some of the largest US and non-US

corportaions and have always ( 99+% of the time ) - been appreciated by

those company's for my efforts on their behalf - which are genuine - above

board and truthfully for their benefit - exactly why I do what I do -

becasue I enjoy and feel good about the assisstance I provide -

Imagine for example a worker who is exposed to a chemical process - that you

help - by showing that company how to controll that exposure and prevent

that individual from becoming ill

would you feel good about that ? - I think so - and therefore you can maybe

begn to undersatnd why I so enjoy what I do

So Adam - for future reference - keep this in mind - when you speak about

things you do not understand - you only succeed in proving your ignorance -

"better therefore to say nothing and be suspect of incompetence then to open

your mouth ( as Gary often does ) and prove it "......

"agree "     :-)

anytime you want - i'd be happy to discuss this with you ( or anyone else on

Gary's email list ) further

call met anytime at 201 404 5746 -

Regards;

Ron Bellows
