I just got off the phone with Marie. She says, “Tony says, if u r not a signatory on the lease, the owners will not do a deal” [sic]. I couldn’t hear her exact words since there was a lot of crackling on the line and I had to take another rather important phone call.

Suffice to say, I will sign the lease but only once I have met the owner-s “face to face” and explained my “point of view.”
