…. The thought occurred to me as I was leaving to go on a hike with Marie, one most gorgeous summer’s day, that Mr. Hoyle has at least on one occasion brought up to you his concerns about buying the property so soon after I terminated the listing with Webbers when he and I have discussed the so obvious of if there is any liability to speak of, it would be mine while reinforcing with Mr. Hoyle that I “welcome” Webber’s moving down such a spirally path to hell when taking in to account how not only did I catch them playing it “fast and loose” but Mr. Hoyle’s account of their total lack of interest-professionalism has me seriously questioning at a minimum Mr. Hoyle’s financial resources.

Again, it would be so much better, especially for my audience, if Mr. Hoyle would join in online.

I now suggest that Mr. Hoyle go to an Internet Café and email me at gsg@sellnext.com spelling exactly what he has in mind bearing in mind that if I were to go along with such an arrangement he would have to be explicit in what repairs he has in mind while understanding perfectly clearly any further “repairs” would require my express written approval.

Mr. Hoyle by this time is no doubt very much up to speed on the fact that like me he should be extraordinarily mindful to mention little of the fact that we have had others seeking similar such arrangements with a view to doing nothing short of “stealing” this one of a kind property.

I would need for him to provide me with his financial statement, everything subject to my further audit.

In other words there is no deal unless I express it in writing.

I think I need to not only repeat what I said at 8:08 my time this morning but to be a little more clearer.

Only bother calling Mr. Hoyle if and only if you think not only are the 42 words funny enough when you read them to this yoyo you burst out laughing in his face for being so shameless in DARING to take us for fools.

I.e. if he is really interested and is who he says he is he will get back to us and if not, the “next at bat” will surely learn from this heavily broadcasted experience.

MDG just arrived unexpectedly at our Stone Home.

Time to fly.

I repeat, DO NOT under any circumstances say a single word more than the 42 words.

The fact that you wrote that Hoyle “means well” told me that you have not yet woken up fully to the extraordinary gifts of G-d.

There are less than “tTOo” [sic] handfuls of things which have a pulse that I know for a fact “only mean well”, the first is my dog Pypeetoe, second is his protector Maggie, then there is you, MDG… and I will let you fill in the blanks.
