to Hoyle, read him your email re offering a price he felt appropriate, he
started talking bout renting again for six months at reduced rent, I have told
him to have a think what he wants & that he can then dictate his offer to
me to email you so there is no confusion, I did suggest that he puts forward a
buying price & renting one, he means well but just keeps going over same
stuff, it is of no interest to me if he thinks the garage needs to be rebuilt,
removing the toilet etc etc ad infinitum, its up to him to him if he buys it
what he does with it, one buys as seen as far as im concerned, he did say hed
think about it and call me 2mr but i have told him 2mr im working all day &
am out in evening so i will call him later 2day to see if hes come up with
anything.

may i think last year, he is also saying how the season has already started
& he wouldnbt think danielle would want open so late, have told him i didnt
till mid may, also think danna & brian were same.
I am being
very pleasant to Hoyle but he is taking up alot of time repeating the
same stuff everytime I speak to him, but this is so you know what i
am getting & its irritating me!

Hoyle after sending this to you, I am getting pisd off with him keep phoning me
& going on & on about getting crest up to todays standards, so your
email which i will read to him is very welcome. There is not a sagging kitchen
roof, maybe he means the toilet ceiling which as i said would cost about 30
pounds to box in. The fire he is talking about cost me 100pounds, is far better
than the original which was there from the ark & was condemned when he saw
crest originally, the hole behind it is the chimney which had the old baxi
boiler in it, old, condemned & against the law for safetey reasons. He has
been on at me with what i would be willing to leave him, as i bought 3 new beds
& other pieces of furniture including a nice fire (which was secondhand at
100 as i mentioned) I do not intend to leave those things for him, if you or
