Tony, the email below is the last one I received from you.

Although Marie + I r very much in tune it doesn’t mean that we are always of one mind, i.e. on the same wave, length, very important, though, that we keep our stories straight, hence my love of The Internet.

More importantly, neither Marie nor I, cheat, steal or lie butt we do make mistakes and r willing to pay accordingly. According to Marie one of your last phrases as she departed after viewing the house on Durango yesterday was, “Now you can breathe!”

Today you mentioned in our earlier phone conversation, working backwards, “I have to leave now, I have two showings, a condo and someone else wanting to c the house on Durango.”

Just prior you had chastised me for not reading the draft lease agreement u emailed me on Tue 9/16/2003 12:41 PM as an attachment which I have yet to open since there is clearly yet to be a “meeting of the minds”; the fact that you state very clearly below nearly 24 hours after sending me the lease, “We too are considering another offer” is further evidence why I believe the Digital Age is a “God Send”.

Moreover, there remained the issue of the a maintenance of the property, Marie making it perfectly clear that if she had it her way the trees upfront would be removed saving a dumpster truck a load or too a week expending additional energy loading and unloading the dead plant life, perhaps there being some middle ground trimming the trees back while continuing to manufacture oxygen “at will”?

U may c all this as a test of wills and you wouldn’t be wrong, my coming to terms at a rather young age that there was little served granting those who played it “fast & loose” an escape hatch, instead to take them on an educational journey allowing enough light to come in to “restart” the motor, nothing like having good “motor” skills, i.e. where one’s sequencing has not be interfered with, formal education contributing, in my opinion, to many folks losing their bearings.

The book I am writing Manager Minute One that we should all be our own managers from Minute One is geared toward each one of us “adding value” every step of the way which is very frankly a rather difficult task for middlemen-women who don’t have total authority to negotiate, the problem being that neither owners-sellers-landlords nor the buyers-renters trust the broker.

Perhaps it might help matters if I explain a little bit more about the “will” hyperlink, there being little chance of u knowing any of the parties mentioned in that communication including Mr. Solomon, and Rabbi Abner Weiss who is a fairly well known figure amongst the Jewish communities of both Durban, South Africa and Beverly Hills, California and no doubt Orthodox Jewish people in Riversdale in New York City would consider Professor, Doctor, Rabbi Abner Weiss one of the most intellectual Jewish people on the planet, his book collection alone speaking volumes and I would guess in his divorce proceedings his wife Shifra saw letting this rather special man continuing to immerse himself in his studies while she made better use of the room to entertain young virile men, at least that is what I would have suggested to her should she have wanted a suggestion or too from me.

You can see that I am giving Rabbi Weiss who I have known from a very young age a pretty rough time and it is has nothing to do with the fact that he once chastised me in front of the Hebrew studies class for reading a morning newspaper that had a picture of my mother and some of her models, all fully clothed I might add, to mention little of our neighbors, specifically Hilary Hackner once complaining that models who used to adorn our swimming pool area were sumwhat distracting to her too sons.

Later we found out that her only daughter was gay. And I should perhaps mention again that Hilary’s husband, Gerald, was my mother’s accountant and perhaps the most successful practicing accountant in the city of Durban, if not the entire country to mention little of this little incident never interfering in the close friendship of any of us children, that whole incident simply resulting in Mark Hackner, their youngest son and I making a bigger hole in the fence in order that Mark could retreat back to his house the instant he heard his mother’s voice and not run the risk of scratching himself while making haste.

The sun has not yet come out here in Del Mar despite it now after 12 noon, Mr. Sam Haim at 11:39AM PST precisely returning to 357 Parish Lane where The Cave is housed.

I c it as rather important that we all start to keep a better track of things given how easy it is to become distracted these days and no where it is more evident than in terms of what is now going on with Rabbi Weiss who somehow finds the time to communicate with the likes of Merrick Wolman, a student from Carmel College who I am waiting to hear back from in terms of my contention that his family along with the Lazarus family of Durban, South Africa were “vocal” supporters of the Nationalist Nazi Party although there have been some folks who take offense at my verbiage when the name of the group who sympathized with the Nazis during World War II called themselves the National Party.

Perhaps Rabbi Weiss protests to much these days?

I come from a family of traders, both my grandfathers were rather successful traders and I assume they learned something from their parents and grandparents; The Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies was quite a diversified “wholesale” company the quintessential “middleman” and the only way to impress upon how much my one grandfather, Israel Issy Gevisser, “added value” was in terms of how his good name stood the test of time sum 20 odd years after he passed away and the company that he helped establish, with him first pushing a wheel barrow on the dirt laden streets of Durban, South Africa was when I placed this ad, one time, in a South African Sunday newspaper.

Suffice to say the overwhelming majority of people who responded to

Gary S. Gevisser & Associates

A Name From Here, You Can Trust Over There, blah blah

were so-called “non-whites” many of whom had done business with my family some of them remembering the Durban Bottle Exchange, the first of the Gevisser Brothers’ business operations in South African, the name Gevisser coming from Geviseris, the family name from Vilnius Lithuania.

I am not sure Moshal Gevisser Group of Companies sold lithium batteries since it was disbanded after 60 years in business in the early 1970s and you may come across in one hyperlink my making mention of how we all have photographic memories but not all us remember to put in film.

Again, the wonders of the Digital Age make for such weaknesses perhaps the biggest weakness in man other than the malleability of the human spirit being our eyes and of course you know like most who watch TV so-called eye witness accounts are not very reliable, nothing quite like “circumstantial evidence”.

In the course of the next 24 hours I will be sending out Part 4 of an 8 Part mini series to a Mr. Gibson as well as Part 2 of another 8 Part Mini Series to Diana Henriqwues of the New York Times in which I will explore in sum detail my expertise in analyzing patterns of behavior that have proved rather effective in holding some of the biggest crooks accountable.

Naturally, I am not going to give it all away without getting something back in return.

Since I am recently married sum folks have asked whether I will be “adopting” Marie’s two kids even though they have a biological father who pretty much gives them everything they want, certainly from a monetary perspective, Dr. JBS still “gainfully” employed. I am though willing to consider letting both kids adopt my last name and I would expect if they choose to that they do the right thing and make a contribution to one or more or in fact all of my 100 odd websites that remain on track to be the number one websites on the planet.

Quite a claim I am making with this “on track, blah blah” but remember how I began this email, “…. Don’t lie, steal or cheat” that the “proof will be in the pudding.”

Marie+I have been “stubbed, stung” tried being prudent and that wasn’t enough and so we went with Tony who we thought was not one to over act?

Time to fly.
