Don’t forget for a moment that with all the incredible negative stuff about the diamond-slave trade it [Diamond Invention] is one incredible PR piece to mention little of where exactly does manufactured diamonds fit into either the “above the ground inventory” and diamonds stashed-dumped by DeBeers, perhaps only G-D knows where for sure, not to forget I have a knack for asking the right questions.

Have u been following the “customs agents updated manual”?

Keep it up, u r very much on the right track.

I notice there r several other emails from u today which I have yet to read, suffice to say while driving up to LA, decided to leave the ducati behind, I heard rather informative stuff about an English water company going by the name IWL that is apparently a fronting company for Bechtel Corporation, the commentary on a PBS station talking about how the very top officials of the World Bank, IMF and others including I believe one government group that Rod has familiarity with here in the U.S. have participated in some rather remarkable water rights grabs in places like Bolivia all seemingly taking place in earnest during the Clinton Administration to mention little of another commentary about Walmart and its use of slave labor to mention in passing how apparently Sam Walton used to refer to Senator Clinton as his “little lady” not to forget that apparently in her “Presidential bio” there is no mention of Hilary Clinton being a member of the board of Walmart.

Having just re-read Chapter 21, the downfall of the D-B AA O Cartel can be brought about by the financing of an ad campaign encouraging people to sell their diamonds, agree?

So instead of the informers wanted ad how about a "sell your diamond now before it """""LOOSES""""" its value" ad campaign. With a 500million carat above the ground inventory a good sale of the 100million carat would do a huge DENT dont you think.

I'm liking this idea...

Only problem is, we need buyers.

Except for those few stones that have been permanently lost, every diamond that has been found and cut into a gem since the beginning of time still exists today. This historic inventory, which overhangs the market, is literally in the public's hands. Some hundred million women wear diamonds on their person, while millions of others keep them in safe deposit boxes or strong boxes as family heirlooms. It is conservatively estimated that the public holds more than five hundred million carats of gem diamonds in this above-the ground inventory, which is more than fifty times the number of gem diamonds produced by the diamond cartel in any given year. Since the quantity of diamonds needed for engagement rings and other jewelry each year is satisfied by the production from the world's mines, this prodigious half billion carat overhang of diamonds must be prevented from ever being put on the market. The moment a significant portion of the public began selling diamonds from this inventory, the price of diamonds could not be sustained. For the diamond invention to survive, the public must be psychologically inhibited from ever parting with their diamonds.
