Sundee – I
find it rather perplexing that all you were tasked with doing was to help your
father get his complaint together and filed, instead he ends up back in the
I had
mentioned in my last communiqué to you of my concern that neither you nor Don
could “take direction”.
The fact
that he would, while not getting the extraordinarily simple task of getting his
complaint filed, knowing that he has a “drop dead” timeframe to file the
complaint, end up going to the Sheriff’s Office in Pine Valley, the Sergeant,
according to Don was, “not pleasant” but told Don that it would be “okay” for
Don to go back into the Cleveland National Forest and “not to worry” about
Corporal McClendon, is nothing short
of the “bush league”.
Wouldn’t it
be something if Don were to now get arrested since to the best of my knowledge
it is ONLY the U.S. Forest Service
with the authority to grant Don permission to camp and again according to Don,
Forest Ranger Michele was even more belligerent towards him when they met this
past Sunday letting Don know that she was going to start “marking the camper’s
tires” to which Don responded, “Good luck in finding me” [sic].
As you well
know there is a reason why human beings CHOOSE not to “take
direction”, however illogical is their thought processing.
