Paul - At this precise moment I am not interested in anything less than a net to me of £300,000 and that number may go up by the end of the day, but continue to keep me informed of peoples interest especially those not interested in flipping the property looking to make not simply one incredible home but to expand the business, help out all the local traders, promote great art, showing others how to engage in good business otherwise I would suggest to those wanting to live like hermits in preparation for returning as hermit crabs, why not dig a cave in the cliffs further west all the way to Penzance, shameful not to want to share this one of a kind spot with all of man-kind?

I understand that there is electrical work needed that will run somewhere between £2,000 and £3,000 which for some reason didn’t show up when the previous owners purchased Seacrest=Ccrest about 5 years ago.

I bought the property “as is” possibly thinking there were the same amount of termites as we have in southern California given all the incredible amount of sunshine Crest gets that would save us a whole lot sooner on demolition costs than waiting around for folks like Michael Berlin Esq. to come around while helping me sign books every so often knock their heads against the walls,,, u get me drift?

Surely land value is well in excess of £300,000 given not only the incredible ocean views, bordering on the most enchanted forest in all of England to mention a lot about how easy it would be to expand the operation, the road from London ending at our doorstep, such an amount possibly comparable to what I “charge” per “weak” [sic] to people visiting either of our 2 households here in Del Mar, G-D only knows the value tho, for certain of the incredible wines folks bring and it would simply be beneath me to ask, triggering possibly a taxable event, what exactly someone pays for anything including having sex with their partners?

U would agree prostitution one of the most honest if not the most honest profession that require both skill and knowledge to mention in passing as I focus more and more on beating my Artist painter-Client-Wife Marie Dion to die the richest person in the grave such monies substantially less than my hourly rate which just went up officially this precise moment to $360,000 an hour, bearing in mind that no one as best I recall has paid me more than around $200,000 an hour when I was at the height of being stiletto like.

Why can’t we state the truth? Every human being we entrusted to run the place since acquiring Ccrest in December 2001 left us high and dry, and were it not for my extraordinary Royal Mater impressing upon me the need to maintain a sense of humor as others were losing their heads, if perchance to dream a while longer, G-D only knows what I will be doing next other than suggesting u only put your energy into marketing this one of a kind spot to human beings who have just a particle of imagination remaining in the space between their ears while screaming at the top of your lungs, now planning my follow up call to my pal Maurice Hank Greenberg, chairman and CEO of AIG [American International Group], about the last season’s sales executed by 2 young Canadians new to the area who while doing little advertising-marketing, getting no help to speak of produced sales in excess of £16,000 who can provide their daily takings.

Let me know what u think.

All the best,

Gary

Gary

Unfortunately we can not put 'Successfull Cafe' as we will need proof of accounts to show how successful it has been in recent years, but as there aren't any we cannot include that sentence due to the Property Misdescriptions Act.

We have had an offer of 250,000 from Mr Stuart Jeavons, a cash/mortgage purchaser with nothing to sell.

Regards
