7:18 PM that shows not only that you were “Pst”
[sic] but made strong, albeit baseless assertions, that I had got things “so
wrong” about an incident involving what you said was the murder and
cover up by members of the San Diego Police Department of a son of very close
friends of yours who hoped I might be able to help get their “justice” before the “husband of Lynne” dies
from terminal cancer.
You also
have the audacity of telling me to “open my mind” before then asking me
if I have children.
You know
that being a sperm donor or sperm recipient doesn’t make you a good parent!
What does
your son who you live with “part- time” have to say about all this?
I now have
to question everything which is why I am more than simply copying Leutenant
Kemery of the San Diego Police Department Internal Affairs Unit who for all I
know went along with Corporal McClendon speaking with the cabin association
well after a good number of the association members were advised of my “findings”
regarding the Corporal who they might very well try arguing had a “right”
to be deep inside the Cleveland National Forest on August 15th,
possibly protecting Don Riley from the dangers of fire.
You would
also know from all your worldly experience including working for a stock
brokerage operation which you tell me is on the list of the fastest growing
private companies in the United States that “circumstantial evidence” is, more
often than not, considered far more “trustworthy” than “eyewitness accounts”.
The fact
that I happen to be in good physical and mental shape does in fact mean a lot
to either a judge or a jury of our peers who may in fact conclude that I am in VERY good shape with a stellar track
record that in all likelihood is SIGNIFICANTLY
more stellar than all those of your executives combined, not to mention how my

The “circumstantial evidence”, however, of
corporal McClendon and his partner venturing deep in to the Cleveland National

getting back to your friends with the murdered son, given all your worldly
