Attention: Neil Wessel – Attorney for the City of Santa Monica.

Neil hi – Remember me? I am the guy who was late with last year-s rent control fees although you may also remember me as the guy who has the “smoking gun evidence” of political corruption at the highest levels of our state government. Immediately following this email I plan to write an E-mail to Seth Lubove a journalist for Forbes Magazine who I spoke with earlier today which will elaborate further on my efforts to hold our elected leaders more accountable and begin the process of bringing this world back in balance, always mindful of others.

With that said, I am in violation of not having paid last year’s business license fees which I believe amount to no more than $100, more likely $75. I returned late Sunday night from a trip to New York and was out of town at a hearing which I believe took place on July 16th. For all I know a warrant could have been issued for my arrest although I did try contacting you folks ahead of time sending an email to Suzie Kim who is a neighbor and works for the City of San Diego.

Suffice to say I would like this matter taken of without me having to come up to Santa Monica. I am planning a trip this coming Saturday that will take me out of the country for another two weeks and of course I would hate to be stopped at Passport Control or any other possible violation due to my other distractions to mention little of my recent speeding ticket dismissal despite my “pitiful” guilt plea.

Please let me know what you can do to help. I can be reached at 1-858-735-6398. I am copying Mr. Sean Simic who is the manager of the building as well as Suzie Kim who has been very helpful.

Thank you once again for your consideration.

Gary S. Gevisser
