Subject: Harassment
Furthermore, your client continues to interfere
with my right to quiet enjoyment to mention little once again of his harassment
of my Client-Partner Wife selectively mailing-serving me
with documents at her residence [
None of this bothering me as much this very second as the stench in the back garden to mention little of the deplorable state of my garden!!!!!
I came
across what appears to be human feces when returning home last night spending
the day mostly in
Smith’s decision to let the grass die, failing to prune the trees, while making such a big deal about granting me easy access to visit with my CPW makes for quite some comedy if only it were not so tragic, CPW’s kids as well as more than a handful of folks around the planet watching ever so closely going “Ugh!”.
Someone recently took down my name on the mailbox.
Please have Smith’s muscle bound sidekick who looked like he was either in a drunken stupor and/or simply trying to run me down the other day when I paid my rent send me a copy of the photo he took of me.
The possibility exists I might be able to find one that shows me more athletic as well as in a better light, either way I would like him to give me his best shot which I will then place alongside the photo I took of him driving his big black truck down Cedros Avenue just down from the Willis Brothers while pointing the vehicle at me on the side of the road.
Tick tock.

Sidebar to Adam Birnbaum-Principal: How do I find out about the public hearings to review Mr. Jeff Smith’s plans for demolition of the 2 1 story improvements located at 219 27th Street, the first communication I got from Mr. Smith was that he had bought 227 27th Street which is again is my CPW’s Del Mar residence.
