I received the bills which seem excessive considering the state I found the house. I had the eaves, the doors the 2 downstairs bedrooms and both bathrooms, the big wall leading up the stairs, the window sills rotting from the rain all painted and patched huge holes in the bedroom upstairs, the clean up in the kitchen taking us 2 days, not to forget the huge stain on the carpet in the master bedroom which you didn’t seem to care about.
I left the house 100% cleaner than what I found, all the yard has been improved from my care.
Provide me with copies of the itemized bills and then I will do the same with mine.
The only thing I am agreeing to pay is rent for October, November and part of December, the broken light fixture, the removal of the lights left in the backyard and any trash left behind.
BTW before threatening me with anything let alone my credit Ms. “Boetz” [sic] let me remind “u” [sic] of just one thing you told the judge pertaining to your client, G. Warren working for the Peace Corp. Such a mistake on its own may not amount to much but considering all the other evidence that the judge incredibly chose to ignore shows quite the pattern of wrongdoing on your part-s, i.e. I understand one can threaten anyone with anything as long as it is the truth in addition to of course not threatening someone with bodily harm even if that is in fact your intention.

I sent a copy of the amount you owe the Warrens to your old address at 227 27th Street, Del Mar knowing your mail is being forwarded to you. That is what the lawyers told me to do. “Did you received it” [sic]? If not I will need your new mailing address or Fax number as soon as possible. The amount is due now and I will be having to turn it over to collections soon which might hurt your credit.
