Subject: Marie Dion

In court yesterday Ms. Lori Goetz, under oath, with quite the eloquent support from one of the attorneys from your law firm of Kimball, Tirey and St. John whose name I forget but who I would recognize most assuredly by his incredibly bad breath, stated that her principals, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Warren, the owners of my Client-Partner-Wife’s Del Mar beach residence located at 227 27^th Street, work for the Peace Corps.

Was this statement of hers true, again to the best of your knowledge?

Please take a careful look at Mr. Glenn S. Warren’s email address, it reads, warrengs@state.gov.

Could Mrs. Glenn Warren work for the Peace Corps and if so how is she and her husband compensated, constructive dividends to boot.

Is the Peace Corps part of the State or Federal Government of the United States of America?

Second, would you know how long Mr. Warren has in fact been working in Ecuador for the United States of America’s Federal Government as a foreign press liaison officer at the United States embassy?

Assuming Ms. Goetz lied, again under oath, what would be the benefit of such action other than to camouflage the Warrens so vocal disgust with our great President, the most honorable George W. Bush?

Would u say my Client-Partner-Wife Marie Dion was remiss in not introducing into evidence all the personal mail the Warrens, no strike that, Mr. Glenn Warren has received over the past year from the United States Democratic Party?

Again, assuming Ms. Goetz did in fact lie, what else did she lie about?

What economic purpose would you say my former landlord, Mr. Jeffrey Simple Smith, had in attending yesterday’s trial, at no time did I hear him, Ms. Goetz or your bad breathed colleague mention anything about the money he offered to buy me out of my lease or the bribe he offered my Client-Partner-Wife? Remember Mr. Jeffrey Simple Smith owns the property right next door to the Glenns’ property to mention little of neither of the Glenns showing up in court.

Would you agree that Judge Albert T. Harutunian III may have been a bit confused in thinking that my CPW Marie Dion would have her lease document changed to reflect the last name of her former husband, Dr. John Ben Stewart who my CPW Marie Dion has expressed quite publicly her disdain for the biological father of her “tTOo” [sic] children, your law firm apparently making a point of letting my CPW’s former attorney Mr. Anthony Passante Esq. aware of how public this was, again according to Mr. Passante’s November 17^th letter, he declares under oath;

“I have been advised by opposing counsel that our email communications are being broadcast on the Internet”

Then again, u might protest differently, agree?

In reviewing the closing statements of my CPW Marie Dion’s declaration before the court yesterday, “I refuse to be a cow on your dairy farm”, no strike that,

“As I told my former attorney [Anthony Passante Esq.] I am prepared to tell the truth and that should be sufficient, if it is not then I am glad I didn’t invest any more money and emotion in this case and the legal system.”

How much if any monies have u and/or all the lawyers-liars in your law firm gladly contributed to the election of judges in San Diego county, California?
