Okay, you don’t have much if any conscience and simply afforded time on your hands by our Higher Authority to communicate with me thus increasing the circle of those dependant upon my insight and analysis of the important events of the day!

 

What about your liability?

 

You have a fiduciary responsibility to disclose material information to “stakeholders” that relates to why IT IS because of “materially adverse” fraud in the marketplace that you fail to inform your “stakeholders” which includes shareholders, employees, independent contractors, customers, and vendors.

 

You are aware are you not of the SIGNIFICANT implications of that 168 word “form letter” that explains in simply English why those in “command and control” of Clear Channel Communications cannot take THEMSELVES “to task” for it would immediately result not only on a “run” on the American dollar but then end of CCC?
