My
apologies for the long delay brought about at first by my “shock” at your
description of Seacrest=Ccrest “is not in a good state of repair” which caused me to take a “deep
breath”, longer than usual during which time I addressed other priorities
including doing my utmost to prevent the civil war here in the United States

Yesterday’s
phone call from economist and Certified Public Accountant, Selwyn Gerber was the “catalyst” in getting
a number of things “back on track” which is not to suggest for a moment that
everything including my long-term prospects for Ccrest haven’t been going “according
to plan”.
On the
contrary I knew that even in a worse case scenario “read” of what you wrote me
there would be a “sliver lining” from which I would be able while disrobing the
Emperors
without Clothes pull together the hard working middle classes throughout
the world who are absolutely essential if we are to give peace one final chance.
With all
that said I can understand your concern about my “tardiness” in getting you
back the original signature page of my lease with Mr. Clark bearing in mind two
things:
First, I do
have the pitiful excuse of not being able to get to the Chinese dresser
containing the signature page because of a “clean up” job taking place at our
Stone Home nestled in a hill deep inside the most awesome Cleveland National
Forest that was supposed to take a day, at the most one and a half days,
certainly it was my understanding it would be completed well within 2 days, is
now into its 7th week with, however, end in sight; more likely we
will see the light of day upon the sooner of the bats and squirrels’ excrement
in the attic decaying even the concrete foundation or upon the completion of

to begin after permission is granted by the U.S. Forest Service which may not

Mr. Clark not only has a copy of the signed lease but felt confident enough to
part with 6 months rent in advance as he and his wife joyfully moved in to this

roofing 4k on general decor including paint and materials to redo the out side

Again, what
you describe specifically, “the garage roof is leaking, the
garage door is rotted, there is a leak in the roof of the toilet and in the
passageway” seem so extraordinarily inconsequential in terms of the whole

The very recent release of Winston
Churchill’s 1937 article should have people no matter

May I please have the Lease back as a matter of urgency. It is not reasonable for Mr Clark to be
without it.
I took the opportunity of visiting the property and
seeing Mr Clark on Tuesday evening. The property is not in a good state
of repair, although Mr Clark tells me that he has done a lot of work to
it. The garage roof is leaking, the garage door is rotted, there is a leak in the roof of the toilet and in the
passageway. Mr Clark has, he tells me, installed new equipment to meet
the current standards in respect of gas appliances and he has had rewiring done
and quite a bit of decorating. He is planning on decorating the outside
with a dark blue instead of the light blue.
He does not wish to expend much more money unless this
is to become a long term project for him. He would like either a longer
Lease or to consider purchasing the freehold, but not until he has seen the
figures for the end of the summer and will then enter into discussions with
you.
