Which then leads me to want to
question why she would want to wait a month and run the risk of losing Marie+I
as tenants-highly motivated buyers?
To cut right to the chase. Before I would spend a solitary
second sitting down with you to discuss my property in Santa Monica, and by now
you should have gathered that I am a rather sophisticated
although colorful investor, you should have your client address the substantive
issues or are you wanting me to read in between the lines that your client has
already agreed “in principle” to the terms I put forth?
My immediate needs are really clear, i.e. I need a suitable
place for my family to live in while in the area. Second, if I can satisfy your
client about my ability and sincerity in closing a transaction with her, why in
heaven’s name would she want to miss an opportunity to do business with
someone like me that has a rather impressive record of not lying, stealing or
cheating.
Julie, my suggestion is that you forward this exact email
with the hyperlinks to your client overseas and not find yourself down the road
having to explain to her what everyone in the universe could very possibly get
to read, those who are literate and not brain dead.
