Dear Jodi,
Please inform the Ashworth-Forsyth family that as good a shape I am in at this time I would prefer not to engage in more mental gymnastics than necessary.
I understand that the Ashworth-Forsyth Family Trust may contain an Athletic Company of sorts, not to suggest that they are the power behind the scenes of addidas that owns Taylor Made the golfing company in our backyard but perhaps in addition to them understanding “my losses” to mention little of the monies that Jim Ashworth Esq, made off with, his failure to file the lawsuit against Dr. John Ben Stewart et al although possibly a “blessing in disguise” given the revelations that have since been forthcoming, unlikely the email from Dr. Stewart’s on-off again girlfriend Ms. “Dawn Castlemean” [sic] would have appeared during “discovery”, we cannot forget how deafeningly silent Gabriella Forsyth, the niece of James C. Ashworth became once I asked to be put in touch with the attorney for the NRCC back on January 28th 2003, the irrefutable “smoking gun proof” in my possession of political corruption at the highest levels of the Democratic Party very possibly leaving a “foot imprint” on the shoulders of those within the Republican Party having their own personal agenda separate to that of our great President George W. Bush.
Copied on this missive along with a statistically valid representative sampling of the world’s literate population is the FBI as well as other law enforcement organizations who may simply be waiting for my blood splattered body to appear before deciding to thoroughly investigate such matters.
No doubt Dr. Stewart as well as his attorney Mr. George Money Talks Hurst Esq. would just love to see me disappear into thin air but no matter what the one thing I and my partner-wife have going for us at this time is that neither of us lie, steal

Cheat and the “too” [sic] kids now understand this perfectly well which should in fact make the law enforcement authorities finally wake up, given the fact that one doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that when all avenues are exhausted, despite all the evidence glaring you in the face, you remain in total denial to your culpability, the next step is to very possibly get violent taking the law into one’s own hands, agree?

Judge Ashworth and his wife, an attorney and formerly a Ms. Forsyth, coming from a very well respected Coronado Republican family, should put his ego in check, stick his hand in his pocket and not only make good on his son’s financial obligations, no doubt James C. Ashworth just one other good kid raised to be a co-dependant, quite incredibly when one considers that his mother was considered one of the best if not the best child custody attorneys here in San Diego and at the same time pull out all stops to see to it that I be provided the necessary introductions to those folks conducting the 2 Grand Jury investigations into criminal malpractice by the law firm of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and Lerach, where it so happens Dr. Stewart’s girlfriend “bides her time.”
To
repeat as my partner-wife tells me she is feeling a little anxious right now
since I will not be accompanying her to another party celebrating the life of
her incredible teacher
