Gary:  anything new on Ashworth?---is this family in anyway affiliated with the golf attire empire?---my understanding is that said company is based out of San Diego area.  There has to be a reason for Jim not to file Bankruptcy, and it is not family pride---they are hiding something, hence everything in the Trust.

I believe this could sell reasonably to the right buyer, and to someone that could really use the influence the Judgment may have politically, in the press, leverage vs. Jim and/or possibly his family, etc.
