Dear Fane,

Do u agree with the one broker’s value on the units when fixed up to fetch between $2.7 million and $4.2 million?

If not, what numbers would u place as the low and high?

Third, tell me what u would estimate the total expenses to be including making it attractive enough for the tenants to leave, leaving u with what number in order to make it attractive, i.e. please spell out for me what u mean by, “we are only interested in properties that we can steal” [sic], u surely not afraid that once I sell the property I will have any say in the world’s financial markets imploding, agree?

Gary Gevisser

Ps – What do u make of Glenn Shapiro’s last comment to me, “Frankly I am more interested in stopping the later than pursuing the former” as well as the fact that he, a Jewish person, is “not fascinated by it - it being some 60 years ago - I do not know where that money came from -- It came from awful people I am surein response to my repeated questions that seem to captivate the masses of open minded people around the world, to repeat,

Provide me at your leisure in simple English your thoughts on where the money that financed the enslavement, torture and mass murder of 6 million of OUR Jewish brothers and sisters came from, and remember money like numbers is just a measurement tool.

Second.... Given how we know for a fact that Sir Ernest Oppenheimer like other financiers of all wars emerged out of the rubble of WWII quite the “control” person of the most fictitious and insidious business ever invented what do u think Robert F. Kennedy, the communist party boss in charge of the United States of America’s Justice Department, was smoking when he visited South Africa in our summer of 1966, his publicist tasking my extraordinary Royal Mater with coming up with a list of people he should NOT meet with when visiting Durban, South Africa?

Ps II – Copied on this relatively brief missive along with a statistically valid sampling of the world’s literate population are 2 tenants of mine who I mentioned have yet to get back to me on what they recall was our verbal agreement at the time I agreed to rent them each 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units after rent control was lifted back in January 1996 and in exchange I charged them rent significantly below the going rate, to mention little of there being years when I never increased the rent, the one tenant, a practicing psychologist, priding herself on being a “dear friend” of the new wife of world renowned Rabbi Abner Weiss.

Dear Gary,

If you can get 1.7 M take it.  We are only interested in properties with an upside as discussed on the phone a month ago.  These brokers are retail sellers which is great, I only sell retail and buy right.

So if these brokers cannot deliver let us know.

Sincerely,

Fane Joseph

It never went into escrow.

Just starting a reply to a broker from Coldwell banker, his email seeming to spell out clearly that my wanting to net $1.725 million out of the deal is still very reasonable,,, the time 11:15 AM PT, the next time I look at the currency markets I might come back and tell u that if could net 17.25 cents after paying off my mortgage of $330,000 I would be as happy as a lark.

See my response to him and then let me know what u think.

Dear Gary:

I heard that bldg fell out of Escrow, what's the asking price today.

You sent me a couple of e-mails on communication with other brokers

not sure what that is all about.  We may be interested but its all

about price and placement.  To be honest we have just put under

contract 30 M in 5 properties and closed escrow on 3 other larger

properties.

Let me know.

Sincerely,

Fane Joseph
