Any comments on what I propose sending the general counsel of AIG
Attention: Ernest Patrikis Esq. General Counsel AIG [American International Group]
Mr. Patrikis,
Please forward the following on to Mr. Maurice Greenberg.
Dear Mr. Greenberg,
Let me begin by first reintroducing myself.
In December 1996 some 30 years after a research chemist working for SG Searle “accidentally discovered” Aspartame I spoke with you about a landmark multi-million dollar repetitive-stress-carpal tunnel sy ndrome jury award that I was convinced my company, Sunmed Inc., would be able to assist in getting overturned and just shy of 5 months later Judge Jack B. Weinstein did in fact do just that.
My purpose in contacting u again is to follow up while briefing u on how I believe we can once again help one another and at the same time prevent a precipitous decline not only in AIG’s share price but more importantly a collapse of the world’s monetary system that as u know is all built on trust.
By clicking on this hyperlink u can read at your own leisure the rest of what I have to say or simply go to this post blah blah on the AIG Yahoo message board to mention little of the Gemological Institute of America probably not all that enamored with my customs agent trainin g manual...---...
I am scheduled to have a conference call tomorrow morning with Mr. Devin Standard... optimistic perhaps given the “heads up” Enid Pigor, assistant to the Chairman and CEO of Coca Cola, has now received should have her once again listening intently to what I have to say.
U as well as Mr. Greenberg and perhaps the entire board of directors of AIG may see it in your best interests to participate in such a conference call that will be broadcast at some point in time to the entire literate world.
We r all to some extent part of the problem but today
given the Digital Age, A G-D-Send we have the opportunity to make amends and
bring the entire world back into balance beginning with telling the truth, the
whole truth and nothing but the truth...
Mr. Greenberg represents in my opinion one of the best chieftains of industry but he is far from a saint.
In the business of SCALs [Shareholder Class Action Litigation] it is not just what one says but what one fails to say.
Just a phone call to Mr. Jeffrey R. Krinsk of Finkelstein & Krinsk Esq. will confirm that since I last spoke with both Mr. Greenberg and Mr. Tizzio, President of AIG, some 8+ years ago I have maintained both my weight but most of all my “credibility.”
Very truly yours,
Gary S. Gevisser
