Devin, no, I hadn’t heard about this particular shark attack. Timing is everything, especially in a world so out of balance.

"The Meek

With Teeth

The earth" [sic].

One of these days the likes of your Mr. Steel, no relation I assume to Detective Steele of the San Diego Police Department, will get a steel grip on why it is up to each one of us to hold the next person "in check" the instant we allow just one evil to slip by so an opportunity for the likes of The Sperm Donor to spread their havoc and with it comes misery.

The email I sent out earlier today to our neighbor on 27th Street in follow up tu our bloc-buster success Sunset Party should begin to help out those in need, particularly those needing a crutch that there is no such thing as coincidences simply opportunities that come by each and every moment to make good, or bad decisions.

The will of G-D is very simple, and straightforward, He-She gave of His-Her inheritance for each one of us to be great individually with guideposts along the way suggesting how we might make it to the promised land, that the sum of the parts is greater than the individual, team effort, the name of the game.

What went wrong with Frostbite, JoNathan's soccer team, during Saturday’s soccer tournament, a perfect illustration of how no matter how good one individual player may be without the entire team pulling together enforcing compliance every step along “the wave”, what goes around comes around, the ebb and flow of the tides forcing us to think smart, outside of the box, never to be boxed in, learning from every encounter, both the importance of maintaining one’s balance, one’s center of gravity, that the universe does not revolve around any single person, and at the same time being so on top of one’s game as to learn not just from the mistakes of others but to use their mistakes to one’s advantage, the competitive spirit very much part of our “make up” our so-called DNA, and of course folks like you, so very much in tune, know without me having to spell everything out that G-d is not only DNA, G-D-Nature is everything, and nothing without the light shining bright within.

One the way over to The Cave this afternoon for the second time, I made the point of visiting once again the memorial for Brianne the young girl who was killed by an SUV driven by someone out of control several Thanksgiving Days ago, perhaps 4 years ago to the day this Thursday, still not able to get anyone within the media to investigate how so little is known about this particular tragedy, but of course we know exactly what drives things these days, the deals within deals, the deals behind closed doors, but come either tomorrow or perhaps the day after, I will be sending a follow up E-mail to Mr. Bill Doyle of Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes and Lerach [MWBHL] 4 him tu give sum very serious consideration to my demand that he and his law firm do the right thing and if not I will threaten him with exposing the underbelly of what makes this world so incredibly unstable, nothing quite like seeing a stuffed pig all hung out to dry.

Naturally I wouldn’t be threatening Mr. Doyle or any one of these dinosaurs attorneys with physical violence, on the contrary I will be following in the footsteps of Mr. Ghandi who advocated I believe at one time that those responsible for the deaths of others leading to young kids being orphaned that the culprit-s be tasked with raising such kids according the customs of their deceased parents, and of course, I am now looking for “handouts” everywhere I go fully aware of another of Mr. Ghandi’s famous quotes, "First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win."

My gathering of resources from all 4 corners of the earth is all about making certain that we have both superior and overwhelming forces, operating always within the law, to mount nothing short of gorilla attacks willing to take on the most powerful of them all, MWBHL although in the midst of a bitter divorce remain a 1,000 pound gorilla law firm, but they an’t seen nothing, yet.

Talk is cheap and unless we all unite at sum point our great victories so far will amount to nothing short of an effort in futility.

Our court victory back on October 24th of last year much like what took place on March 24th 1945 when my father's squadron was part of an orchestrated effort to take out the oil dumps of the Nazi bastards which can be read about on page 5 of the www.nextraterrestrial.com website, talks to the need for each one of us to stand shoulder to shoulder “towing the line” making certain that those “in power” whether it be the media and their “bought and paid 4” [sic] politicians or someone such as The Sperm Donor acting recklessly are brought to justice, bearing in mind how so few people are like Marie and me able to not only afford an attorney albeit someone who was quite sickly but most importantly able to look a fair haired judge “square in the eye” demanding justice, Judge Hendrix no doubt from a superficial standpoint having far more in common with Marie’s former husband than either Marie or me, the too of us when combined, however, make quite sum awesome couple, horsepower to boot, JoNathan’s “talking chicken” pretty much stealing the show, to make little mention of Marie’s full on frontal nude and Sebastian Capella’s loud declaration of us being the proud owner of his greatest masterpiece, The Grand Canyon.

Right now I am in a “byte of a rush” [sic] to get out a communication to a traffic court judge concerning the ticket Marie got for me having Maggie unleashed in a supposedly restricted beach area, and unlike the occasion when I plead guilty to a speeding ticket violation this time I will be pleading “not guilty” even though there is no assurance Marie will let me submit this pleading given the fact that the ticket was issued to her.

At this time, given my tardiness in taking care of the matter the fine is now almost $500 and Marie, as you know, not exactly, as best I know it, a multi-billionaire but nevertheless following a suggestion or too of mine, willing to pay the money and be done with it, another case though of someone in authority very possibly usurping the power of their authority, at a minimum exceeding the limits of their core competency, the Peter principle very much in play, everywhere.

And as you know I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil doesn’t come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork.

If I deviated from the thrust of the tragedy of this shark attack please let me know having just very quickly glanced at what was written below, my being absolutely certain that there is not only design everywhere, no such thing as coincidence, this 13-year-old’s arm simply not disappearing into thin air.

G-d bless.

Subject: Shark Bite

Gary:

Did you hear about the young girl in hawaii who lost her arm to a shark

last week? She helped out my San Diego Church.

I just got this email:

Hello Friends,

Try to watch the Bethany Hamilton interview on 20/20 tonight (Fri.

Nov.21) at 10 PM. Also, on Inside Edition tonight at 7 PM and

Larry King Live, Monday, Nov. 24th.  Bethany is 13 years old and

lives in Kauai.  She helped with our youth trip there three months

ago.  She lost her left arm in a shark attack on Halloween morning.

She loves and trusts God and says that is why she survived the

horrible shark attack three weeks ago.  If you know anyone facing

challenges (don't we all) or disappointments right now, call them,

e-mail them (or do both) and have them listen to Bethany tonight on

20/20.  I'm sure you and they will be encouraged to get a new perspective

on your own challenges.  Bethany, with one arm, may one day be a world

champion in women's surfing.

HOW BETHANY HELPED US 3 MONTHS AGO: Twenty teenagers and parents went to

Hawaii with us in mid August, 2003.  As we arrived at the large home we

rented on the north shore of Kauai, I was on the phone with Bethany for 20

minutes.  I was trying to get directions to her house so we could borrow a

surfboard.  Did you know that most 13 year olds don't know directions to

their own home?  As it turned our, she lived 100 feet out the back door of

our rental house.  (Coincidence?, maybe) Because she lived so close, she

became a big help during our week stay.  She took our teenagers out surfing

to several of her favorite surf spots on several different days.  She also

took the kids to a secret waterfall and natural waterslide after surfing.

She let us borrow a surfboard for the week, she brought over an e-mail for

our youth meetings and after polite convincing (she is a little shy and

modest) she brought over a video so we could watch some of her surf

contests. She brought over wood screws so we could fix the broken chair,

the broken bed, the broken drapes and the broken railing.  (Some of the

broken items were that way when we arrived; our youth just finished the

job.  With Bethany's help, we left the house better than when we got

there.)  Bethany is a strong athlete, which helped her survive after

loosing about half her blood in the attack Oct. 31.  Our three high school

seniors (who were on the trip) regularly surf Black's beach, Point Loma and

up and down Southern California.  They quietly admitted after the first day

of surfing with her that she surfed better than they did.  I thought I

would never hear a 17 year old voluntarily confess that a 13-year-old girl

could out surf him.  It just does not happen in the real world.

Bethany was surfing at Tunnels beach when the shark bit her.  Tunnels was

our favorite beach.  We went there 3 or 4 times during our trip in August.

We made several long (over an hour) snorkel trips inside the reef there.  I

took 15 of the kids and parents scuba diving (two at a time) on the reef

wall.  Some of the dives were through the reef caves at 50 and 60 feet.  I

am very glad the shark did not visit us for a snack during our dives.

Try to watch 20/20 tonight.  Tell you friends.  (Aren't you tired of

hearing about Michael Jackson again, Scott Peterson, the protests in Europe

and terrorist bombings all over?)  HEAR ABOUT A TRAGIDY THAT THIS YOUNG

GIRL, WITH GOD'S HELP, WILL TURN INTO A TRIUMPH.  How? Why?  Want an answer

that most people would deny? Open your bible to Romans, Chapter 8, verse

28: "We KNOW that all things work together for the good of those WHO LOVE

GOD - THOSE WHOM HE HAS CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PLAN."  That verse tells me

that because I love God (I know God, I strive to let God lead my life) even

in the tragedies that may come my way, God will be with me (as He was with

Bethany) and he will turn those tragedies into triumph (and good).  I also

acknowledge that I may not see or understand the good until I go, one day,

to heaven.
