Devin hi - Just passing thru Washington DC. My plan is to be back in San Diego within the next 24 hours to mention just in passing meeting a wonderful 19 year old English lady on the fight over from England by the last name Shiraz [42].

This McDermott character still doesn’t get the big picture, including how a "jury of his peers" once they get the "full scoop" will respond to both his non-responses as well as his decision to respond to my "bull" email which was not directed toward him

Or

Anyone associated with his organization in particular thinking no doubt just like Professor Aaron BrownNose Brown that he would have “sum” [sic] fun “kicking around” The Rattlesnake, the dope head that he is.

To repeat, in a nutshell, I detest those who derive great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority, i.e. evil does not come in the form of a pointed tail

Or

Pitched fork, to mention in passing Mr. Debonair JRK leaving a message on my voice mail back on April 6th 3:45PM PST, "Norm Rosenberg..." [sic] which I hope to have posted up, the full audio that is on my website along with the "discovery" I obtained from the Vial De La Villa branch of WAMU-SHAMU-SHAME when meeting on February 27th during the wonderful one hour with Mr. Vincent Hinojosa III, now the “rich chick” branch manager.

While enjoying the English countryside seeing my English Pound Sterling investments going “through the roof” the stock markets on the very brink of imploding, I got to think ever so carefully my next moves including how best to approach those 2 Grand Juries investigating corruption at the highest levels of SCAL [Shareholder Class Action Litigation], the problems all beginning at the ELEMENTARY school level and before, never, never, never to be fearful, to mention in passing a call I plan on making to your father, Mr. Kenneth Standard who I assume is still on track to be sworn in as President of the New York State Bar Association this June 18th?

Cheers,

Gary

Ps – Please send me the article that appeared in the Wall Street Journal on Federal Judge Jack B. Weinstein, my sense is that our close family friend Deborah Sturman who was the catalyst in squeezing fairly recently sum $4 billion odd out of the remnants of the German-Nazi war machine is ready to show her “teeth” although the words attributable to Deborah in that WSJ article were “very aggressive.”

Ps I – I have as u would expect, my having been so awfully quiet quite a significant number of folks looking forward to hearing from me, agree?

Ps II – McDermott probably thinks that by responding to my email earlier today it will sumhow mitigate his expose, any thoughts on how far up the chain of command this yoyo has “pushed things”

Or

Do u think he simply has his head up his ass enjoying being a runner?

Dear Sir,

I have repeatedly answered the relevant questions contained in your

prior e-mail messages.

Your loan went into default in December 2003 when you did not make your

payment.  Washington Mutual sent you a Delinquency Notice in February

reciting the default amount, and warning of pending collection actions

and their associated costs.  You received this Notice, but did not act

to reinstate this loan until after the Superior Court appointed a

receiver for the property and after the Trustee file a Notice of Default

-- both events which had material costs.  On February 27, 2004, you

requested and received a written restatement invoice from Washington

Mutual Bank which detailed the costs incurred in the Bank's actions to

collect its debt.  Your note specifically obligates you to pay all costs

and expenses of collection.

That your loan went into default; that you received notice of your

default prior to the commencement of collections; that you were given

the opportunity to cure the default before collection costs were

incurred; you were given a written statement detailing the required

reinstatement amount; and, that your loan clearly obligates you to repay

collection costs, have never been disputed.

Your loan is again in default, you have again received the Bank's

Delinquency Notice, and the Bank will again refer this default to

counsel and to the trustee if the default is not cured by April 19,

2004.  Please wire transfer the reinstatement quoted in my April

8th-correspondence using the instructions contained in that document.

Mr. McDermitt - once again you have failed to respond

to my prior requests to address my outstanding issues

with your institution including your attorney fees,

none of us, i.e. those folks responsible for keeping

NEXTtraterresTRIAL.com on track to be the number one

website on The Internet forgetful of your choosing to

show your ugliness when thinking that I had given up on

my quest to hold the rapacious in check being oh so

selective in replying to that "bull email", from now

until eternity our "back and forth" will be something I

happen to quite confident you and others allied with

you will never forget, your number of supporters

tolerating such incompetency although it is very

possible you are equally culpable decreasing

exponentially, wouldnt you agree?

With that said, I will be returning to the United

States in short order, addressing all these issues once

again including the monies due on my mortgage.

Very sincerely,

Gary S. Gevisser

Dear Sir,

Washington Mutual Bank processed your check number 1143 in the amount of $2,500 on March 22, 2004.  This check was tendered to pay your loan's March 10, 2004-debt service.

Your check was not honored when presented to your bank, Wells Fargo, for payment on March 24th and/or March 25th, and it was returned to Washington Mutual unpaid and stamped "NSF".  A copy of this returned check is attached to this e-mail message.

This loan is now delinquent for the payment due March 10, 2004, and Washington Mutual with soon commence foreclosure and receivership proceedings similar to those begun in February, 2004.

To reinstate your loan today or tomorrow (April 8th or 9th), please wire transfer $2,442.54 to pay the following amounts:

$2,280.70 March 10, 2004 Payment

$   25.00 Service Fee (NSF Check charge)

$  136.84 Late Charge for 3/10/04

---------

$2,442.54 Total Amount Due through April 9, 2004

If funds are wired after April 9, 2004, you must add $2,280.70 to cover

the payment due on April 10th.   After April 9th, please wire transfer:

$2,442.54 Total Amount Due through April 9, 2004

$2,280.70 April 10, 2004 payment

---------

$4,723.24 Total Amount Due on April 10, 2004

Please use the following instructions when wiring funds:

Washington Mutual Bank's formal Delinquency Notice is also attached to this e-mail.  It too is similar to the notice that you received in February, 2004, which preceded the recordation of a Notice of Default and Election to Sell Under Deed of Trust, and the Bank's filing of it Complaint for Judicial Foreclosure, Appointment of Receiver, and Injunctive Relief.  The plain text of the attachment appears below.

Washington Mutual Bank will again commence foreclosure and receivership actions should the loan remain defaulted on April 19, 2004.
