understand from Valerie Coster that my attorneys are finishing the lease
document and even though they have my “power of attorney” they want me to
sign the document.
I want
this email to serve the following:
One, for my lawyers to provide you and
me, at the same time, an emailed final document for each of us to review and
sign.
Two, for you, when signing your one
copy and handing it back to my lawyers, to accept that if I give the
"ok" with the final document that we therefore have an agreement that
I KNOW versus BELIEVE will be acceptable in any court of law ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD even if neither I nor my attorneys sign on my
behalf so long as you make the upfront payments and immediately take
possession.
Three, for my lawyers to ASAP get their "arms around" them having my
"power of attorney" so as to avoid wasting time, energy, postage and
the such in sending me a copy that could get tossed out to sea by a pissed off
Special Forces trained commando using as his excuse my distracting emails for
not protecting the oil tanker from being hijacked by one of his equally pissed
off commando buddies finally realizing that the main purpose of all the world’s
militia including “our” terrorists has been to protect the “free flow” of oil while “our” oil tyrants
have “gone along” with accepting our worthless-fictitious DeBeers-Dollars so
long as our guns are the biggest guns pointed at their heads.
Four, there are some art paintings of my
wife's over at Seacrest=Ccrest and if you don’t want them please give them to
my attorneys for safekeeping.
