Mr. Foster;

Please advise me of your fee structure and how u would be marketing the property if I gave the go ahead – our websites should be helpful including real-tycheck.com and sellnext.com that like www.nextraterrestrial.com under construction from the “bottom up” putting folks thru an “emotional workout” before endangering the planet with more of the same a good number in my humble opinion doing more damage than simply taking up space which to “sum” [sic] is bad enough given how unkind mankind has been to G-D-Nature, just examining our DNA is telling of why we c so little problem in polluting our environment, agree?

Suffice to say we have a 100 odd other websites are geared pretty much to the same purpose, matching up positives with positives and combining negatives who in attracting negative attention multiply out of control, deriving great satisfaction in exceeding the limits of their small authority; i.e. evil doesn’t come in the form of a pointed tail or pitched fork which is not to say things have to be my way or the highway, but why not place signs along the road leading into London, all roads leading to Rome?

And of course I could go on and on as the executor of my estate will attest, Mr. Standard can be seen in the previous hyperlink holding a bloodied “tycondone” [sic] glove in front of one of our masterpieces painted by the godly artist-painter Sebastian Capella depicting a Roman Coliseum built in 200 BCE in Sagunto Spain, such a painting causing one incredible pain in the backsides of the socialist elite in Spain when their Supreme Court a few years back denounced the former socialist regime in getting them to pick up their “trash” after they encased this marvel in concrete making it into an amphitheater for the ruling communist bastards.

The superhighway with it’s zeros and ones, “back and forth” essentially eliminates over time “loose talk” leading each and every one of us wanting peace and harmony into the “forced hand” of resolving our conflicts without bloodshed which includes avoiding as much as possible going the lawsuit route, embarrassing the crap out of those who build into their “cost of goods” the ”cost of getting court” [sic]..

Keeping strokes to a minimum in this “dog eat god” [sic] world is not necessarily for the feint hearted or a “piece of cake” [sic].

Let me know exactly what u think bearing in mind the increasing number of folks tuning in wanting to try our scones and Somerset cream, soon to reintroduce our family’s brand of Gipsy Coffee and Tea.

Thank you for your recent email which was received by our Minehead office.

I am sorry it has been a day or two responding, however, as I am sure you are aware, I have moved to Barnstaple and am no longer based in the Minehead office.

With regard to Seacrest, I have had the opportunity of having a lengthy conversation with Tony Foster who is our Commercial Manager and who handles properties similar to Seacrest on a daily basis.  Tony has successfully sold several similar businesses in recent months and, therefore, has good evidence to show where the market is for this style of business.

Our Commercial office has recently sold a tea room/garden in North Devon with 2 bedroom character accommodation with a good business at around £275,000 and a 4 bedroom character cottage tea room/garden in East Devon, again with a good business, for around £300,000.

It was my opinion having inspected the property that we should be looking at a figure of around £275/280,000.  Of course, if you have time on your side and you are prepared to wait for someone who falles in love with the idea of living on the seafront with a small business you may achieve a little more.

Tony and I remain very confident that there would be a high level of interest in this type of business, especially at this time of the year, in readiness for 2005. Therefore, if you were considering selling the property we would be more than happy to act for you.  Should you decide to take the matter any further then may I suggest you contact our Commercial office direct, Tony Foster 01271 347871 and Tony's personal email address is commercial@webbers.co.uk.

If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact me at the Barnstaple office in the meantime.

Yours sincerely

Malcolm Prescott
