What exactly was not crystal clear about my Oct 10th email, to repeat,

Hello once again to both of u – by connecting on to this hyperlink u have all the information relating to the operation of the café needed, in my opinion, to complete your “due diligence”.

Next is the survey which shouldn’t take more than a week, agree?

So what assurances can u now provide me that u can complete the transaction by the end of the year.

Yours truly,

Gary S. Gevisser

This above takes you to another email of Sept 27th which spells out my agreeing to the price of 300,000 pounds,

The email below from Canadian Danna Taylor on September 7th spells out “sum” [sic] of the reasons why we think 300,000 pounds is one incredible steal.

The “back and forth” emails also spell out the gross takings of sum 16,000 pounds during this past summer by the Taylors without any assistance to speak, surely you could do better with a liquor license and operating the bed and breakfast to boot, bearing in mind all the incredible tax benefits of living off a one of kind business that had been dormant since the summer of 2001.

What else have I missed?

I make it my business, having performed “due diligence” around the world that there really is no difference when it comes to the issue of integrity between rich and poor – again you were the ones who came back to me with the “tear jrker” [sic] of how disappointed you were believing that you could rely on the word of the Taylor who had quoted you a price of 300,000 and I then came back and said,

“Okay lets get the deal done and if it going to take you until the end of the year to complete the transaction what assurances do I have that you will in fact not simply be tying up my property either hoping to gather the monies in time or as is common place everywhere I have been in the world including having done more than my fair share of business with the Brits, I am half brit, is to make the most of the property continuing to go up and to either “flip” the property or with its value rising to put less as a down payment which is why the very least sophisticated business people all over the world incapable many of them of putting 2 sentences together, u demonstrating quite ably such a skill, that the buyer put down a deposit that they would forfeit in the event they do not complete the transaction. I on the other hand would be granting to you in writing if necessary that I would not entertain an offers from someone else, my word tho, rather good throughout the world, my track record of playing it both straight and smart well reflected in my rather good name, agree.”

Again, what else do u not get?

Gary

Ps – now if I come across anywhere near as hurried as you, please accept my gracious apologies since I waited as long as I could before ordering lunch over here at the Del Mar Plaza, unlikely Dr. John Pollard would be joining me - u may recall reading about how back in the spring of 1960 Dr. Pollard was interviewed by the authorities since he had been purchasing books from some Brits who had a bookstore in England serving as a front for their main business,  handing over the United States nuclear secrets to the Soviets, no doubt apparently well compensated and to surely their customers very well meaning, wonderfully sweet, quite upsetting the balance of trade, agree?

It all comes down to basic economics and greed that sets this world aflame and why it is so important we all get to know one another better, the less likely we will be inclined to go war with each other, thank u if nothing else for contributing to the success of our book Manager Minute One, geared to empowering the kids to parent the parents who need the most help, agree?
