Augusto - everything will work out. Everything will get
better. This is the time to have totally trust in G-D.
Remember there is not a single person on this planet that
can explain in simple English why the world’s financial markets have not collapsed.
In a worst case
scenario this will leave you far better off than most if not all the
occidentals I know living the “sinful life” especially
those of you who not only work hard but who are willing to stand up when the
time is right without feeling the need to even protest on the streets.
You must understand that altho I am not anywhere close to
being a “public figure” I am today rather well known to many
especially amongst the highest levels of the social order who fully understand
that when I mean business I mean business.
They also know I can play the fool rather well while at
the same time very aware that I am sitting on material that if they don’t
behave themselves will bring their fictitious little worlds crumbling down.
Since I last left Peru I have been primarily focused on
this water project that will help not just you but everyone on the planet
willing to put in the hard work, each of us tested every day, every hour, every
minute to do the “right thing.”
Within a few days we will have a business plan in place
for providing every single human being on this planet with clean drinking water
tapped in to their homes.
This plan will be understood by every single literate
human being on the planet because every single literate human being on the
planet will have their opportunity to express themselves explaining what they
understand and what they don’t understand.
Eventually everyone will realize how much sense it all
makes.

- do not feel bad about understanding my English, most people I know including
myself have the same problems that you have with my English.
The
plan that I have been working on to bring clean drinking water to Aqua
Calientes expanding in no time at all to the city of Cuzco will not only keep
the tourists coming all year round but it will put the power back where it
belongs in the hands of the people who work the land, who care about protecting
the environment.
It
requires that you organize your group of 600 guides for everyone to understand
how to get the big companies who have benefited the most from exploiting the
natural resources to assist in getting the financing for such a relatively
large project.
The
idea is simple.
It
begins with going to say Coca Cola who sells the bottled clean drinking water
in addition to the sugared water in coca cola and have them agree to add on to
price they charge an amount that makes sense which will go into a fund to pay
for the entire project.
How
much to collect from Coca Cola depends on how much the entire project is going
to cost.
This
means experts from around the world will have to be hired to assist your grass
roots organization to come up with a capital budget that will be sufficient to
ensure the project is completed.
With
a contract from Coca Cola agreeing to do not only what "makes sense"
but it is good marketing for Coca Cola to be seen as "part of the
solution" as opposed to being "part of the problem" the grass
roots organization that is monitored by other grass roots organizations in
other parts of the world doing exactly the same as what your grass roots
organization will be doing in your region of Peru will be able to get a
commitment from international banking groups both in the private sector as well
as from groups like the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
It
does not take a genius to see the amount of empty plastic bottles at the end of
the day and the train loads being shipped in at the start of each day.

am using Coca Cola as just an example of a multinational conglomerate who MUST
"play ball" because their business model requires them to continue to
grow in the 3rd world since their growth here in the "1st world" has
begun to dry up, actually it is non existent.

is important to get the support of the international community who will help
put pressure on the likes of Coca Cola who have done very nicely in your part
of the world by knowing how to deal with corrupt governments, setting up local
bottling companies with ties to dictators who know how to avoid having to pay
their fare share of taxes.
Your
grass roots organization will need to gather all the necessary facts and
figures in order to show that they are both competent and can be trusted NOT to
repeat the mistakes of the past and given the Digital Age it is much easier to
monitor the flow of funds and to have "inspectors" from different
parts of the world coming in to check to make certain no one takes advantage as
they have in the past.
It
will mean for example your grass roots organization while getting all the
information about stuff like how many bottle are sold, finding out about the
gas project in the Cuzco region that according to

and by each grass roots organization sharing their expertise with one another
it is just a matter of time before you can all come up with a master plan for the
entire world.

you do not want Lilly White Wheaty Eating Gringos like me doing anything more
than making one suggestion at a time and if you see me getting greedy then you
have my permission to take an ax to the back of my head, make it a sharp ax,

One
needs to first "plan your work; work your plan" both from the top
down as well as from the bottom up, this back and forth will eventually lead to
as perfect a plan being implemented as is humanely possible.

when one has to face reality and right now no one and I mean no one can explain
why for example the stock markets all around the world have not imploded, yet.
Part
of the reason is because the public companies are cooking their books producing
fictitious results that has stock brokers around the world able to broadcast
the "good news" to brain dead investors in between focusing on all
the negative that is out there has their advertisers mostly the pharmaceutical
companies selling their drugs and headache tablets.
Another
reason is that the insurance companies who are dependant on the price of shares
of public companies rising to make up for their insurance losses are continuing
to throw good money after bad at this bottomless pit but this cannot continue
to indefinitely.
Then
there is the "right" of governments to "manufacture" money
which also helps keep our "house of cards" from falling but even this
cannot explain how come the collapse has not occurred since what I have just
explained I think in simple English is pretty much known to all the literate
people of the world.

believe it all comes down to for every action there is an equal and opposite
reaction nothing is gained nor is it lost, for every negative there is a
positive, all the denial that is out that has created such an incredible number
of brain dead people, these zombies are the reason why there is such relative
peace in this world, a lot of people all around the world including me
believing that this is the best time to be alive.

If
the masses were all so logical they would stop working, stop paying taxes, kick

had some problems, paty was

hospital, i so her almost death, after the exams
they said she should be
operate because she had blood in the stomack and
