Adam - I am up rather early this morning, the New York Stock Exchange set to open in less
than a minute, invigorated by the utter garbage I heard coming out of the mouth
of a rather perky Starbucks employee, their new competitor across the street
very much asleep at the wheel not quite getting the hang of things – this

counter top not exactly hidden between a couple of handful of $100 bills, still
amazed that people r willing to take dollars versus our forthcoming Garden of
Eden real gold lined currency, that in a prior life I coached Bill’s
“Firm” which was formerly known as Milberg Weiss[1]
Bershad Hynes and Lerach “how to
respond to fast balls thrown at near head” but when I finally
brought her into the real world by letting her know that the real genius of
Microsoft was not simply a rich kid who dropped out of Harvard with enuf bucks
in his back pocket to purchase MS Dos the operating system from IBM that
crashes much more than it should the result of Bill Gates Snr, Bill
Gates’ father focused more on coaching his son how to circumvent the
supposed sacrosanct Anti-Trust Laws of the United States of America, Bill Gates
Senior’ “cutting his teeth” on how to destroy the
entrepreneurial spirit of hard working young vibrant people while an Anti-Trust
lawyer working for IBM hell bent on obliterating competition she responded,
“Thanks very much for informing me.”

has the reputation of being the best overall matrimonial attorney in town, and
did a good job for one of our clients in a custody dispute.

know[n] custody attorney is Bea Snider (858-566-6650)

I wouldn't send it as it is written. Take the high road, build a case against him and make everything legal and detached. When you guys play the games, he wins and the children lose. Is he going inside your home without permission? If so than post a no trespassing sign. Be as detached and unemotional about it as possible, don't allow him to "get your goat" so to speak. If he is trespassing and you do need to send him something, be as logical and matter of fact as possible. Use it as evidence to that you made best efforts to be civil and not to hurt the children... he then becomes that bad guy and doesn't even realize it.
