TYRANTS” are two arrows going in opposite directions; the first indicating
the flow of oil from the 2nd circle and the one from the 1st
indicating the flow of worthless-fictitious DeBeers-Dollars with a high
explosive at the end of the “arched” arrow pointing to the heads of the oil

that sowed the seeds for continuous wars all about who controls the world’s
large Middle East oil supplies, from “banding together”, apart from the most
insidious DAAC plan to control this
very dark and dirty burning fossil fuel that once understood by sufficient
numbers of human beings who are looking increasingly more carefully first, at
what little remains of the earth’s finite natural resources not in the hands of
the DAAC and their operatives; second, how EXTRAORDINARILY risky are the
capital and financial markets and third, their insurance premium payments?
Not to mention HOW I, someone who
didn’t get off a ship just yesterday, CAN PROVE BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT
that each and every major insurance carrier were they to reflect
accurately their “financial position” would without exception be bankrupt and
in the next instant this rather logical and humane sequence of events would
collapse the DAAC’s
worthless-fictitious capital and financial markets.
