John Ben,

I am restating previous demands and what I consider obligations on your part.

1. Unless there is an emergency (life threatening) regarding the kids the only communications with me are to be in writing.

2. Your are to compile the children’s expenses on a quarterly basis, see E-mail November 15^th and submit them to my approval and I will do the same. This is to prevent unilateral decisions that might effect the moral value of my children. Since you have not “compiled” [sic] with my demand I need in the next week a response whether or not you will do as asked in the future. If you fail to respond to this email then I will next see “u” [sic] in court.

3. All books, computers, sport equipment needs to be left at the front gate. Do not walk in the side yard.
