David – I was speaking with your father who is
“firing” these days much like he did when he and I first met back
in August 1984, Amos suggesting that I ask you to assist in settling a credit
card dispute I have with Bank of America.
Just earlier sending this email to a young female attorney
I met recently, doubtful she is experienced/confident enough to settle this
matter by making no more than a couple of phone calls given how willing I am to
“fall on the sword”,
the “dividends” I have already received from publicizing the
systemic weaknesses in the monetary system worth its “weight in gold”
to mention little of the gentleman who actually arranged the $50K credit line,
the quintessential example of how extraordinarily easy it is to accumulate in
no time at all a rather significant real estate portfolio, able to compete
against the big boys like Arden Realty, a
New York Stock Exchange REIT, by simply having in one’s back pocket NOT a crooked lawyer-liar and/or
accountant-“audirtor” [sic]
and/or bank loan officer and/or real estate appraiser simply a willing
enough seller of real estate wanting what may in fact be considered a “fair price” for their property willing to accept more
than the “asking price” to then “kick back”
to the buyer following the “close of escrow” which the English refer
to as an “exchange of contracts” the difference between the
“fair market” price and the actual higher price paid, all such
“ill-gotten” gains not only “undetectable” but
ultimately “picked up” by the hard working masses not quite
figuring out how the system works, one man’s system another man’s
corruption?
The Digital Age, however, "shining a light"
at light-G-D-speed how it comes about that a “good number” of the
rich trickle down the costs of the rich getting richer on to the backs of the
poor.
