Dennis – rather than waste a nickel possibly playing telephone tag may I be so bold as to suggest u can help yourself as well as me by not simply listening but sharing this communication with whomever u think it appropriate.

Help me tho, better understand why one of the most top rated business journalists in the world, a best selling author with access to the top corporate executives in the world would not bother wanting to discuss with me whatever became of this medical device company that turned the world upside down some 7 odd year ago?.

Let me first give u some background on Diana Henriques of the New York Times who I first became aware of when she wrote a feature story in the New York Times in December 1996 detailing a landmark multi-million dollar class action lawsuit jury award that was seen by many including the Wall Street Journal as “opening the floodgates” to some 2,000 class action lawsuits that were pending at the time.

It is also important to note that I have never once, to the best of my knowledge, either privately, in print

Verbally, again to the best of my knowledge, referred to Ms. Henriques as ugly.

Furthermore, in her best selling book The White Sharks of Wall Street Ms. Henriques goes out of her way in the introduction talking about her battles with carpal tunnel syndrome which falls into the broad category of repetitive stress diseases which Judge Jack B. Weinstein referred to in his rather incredible decision some 4 months later in late April 1997 when this rather famous Federal Judge overturned this landmark case crediting me, the Chief Executive Officer of this rather remarkable company funded in no small measure by one of the wealthiest people in the world with coming forward and providing the irrefutable “smoking gun proof” of “malfeasance” by the plaintiffs and their attorneys.

Now although Judge Jack B. Weinstein may not have used such strong language while also paying his respects to Ms. Henriques for writing the article that first got my attention the message he sent the lazy crooks and their white shoes attorneys was patently clear,

“Don’t mess with the Rattlesnake!”

Now build into the equation how when eRaider.com was just getting going on their epic voyage Ms. Henriques wrote a rather well thought through article on its co-founders Martin Stoller and Professor Aaron Brown of the Yeshiva University in New York City and given how much good publicity Ms. Henriques got from Judge Jack B. Weinstein’s reversal of the landmark case that put quite a damper on litigators all around the world to mention little of the deep breath it allowed insurance carriers such as American International Group [AIG] no need I assume for me to get into the area of “reserving” which just coincidentally has the exact lettering of “reversing”, it was only to be expected that my buddy Diana would be happy to take my call when wanting to know more about these folks who had such a professionally looking website to mention just in passing their rather impressive board of scholars and businesspeople none more better suited up for big time fun and crooked games than Melvyn Weiss Esq. of the 2,000 pound gorilla law firm of Milberg Weiss.

Pal Diana after I started poking a little fun at Messrs Stoller and Brown without calling either one names like “sh1heads” [sic] simply pointing out a posting I came across on the Peerless Systems Corporation Yahoo message board where Professor BrownNose boldly cried out for a “shareholder quick” Ms. Sweetheart Diana glibly responded,

“Gary, my article was very much tongue in cheek”

my response was obviously appropriate enough for Diana, nothing like “U will let me know when the cat lets go of your tongue” since our relationship was only just warming up, enough though for Diana to get a rise, first getting out of her seat stretching ever so gently not to exacerbate her “carpal tunnel vision” [sic], find her rolodex without tripping over her gold rolex perhaps, perhaps a gift, never one to kick a gift horse in the mouth, be4 putting me in touch with Professor Joe Grundfest of Stanford University, a former chairman of the Securities Exchange Commission, to mention in passing not a word out of Diana since the “death” of eRaider.com in no small measure thanks to yours truly, agree?

Both Diana Henriques and Professor Grundfest have gone deafeningly silent as of late, the last I heard from Joe Grundfest was on Tuesday, April 23, 2002 7:42 AM PST when he responded with;

Could I stop you?

Bearing in mind my rather straightforward question;

May I share it with you?

Which consisted of 6 words with a 27 word preamble;

I have "smoking gun" proof that a group of business people in conjunction

with the highest-ranking members of the Democratic Party have hi-jacked the

political system.

Again my question, can u help me figure this all out in 11 words

less given the requirements set by Mr. Glenn Shapiro for writing a book geared toward 4^th graders and up who have not allowed their formal education to interfere with their learning, not to forget the duplicity of folks on the far right, at least one member of the NRCC not wanting to carry the “football”

P.S. I did not get any positive responses with respect to your Santa Monica apartments. No specific feedback on the disinterest. My only thought. which is purely speculative, is potential investors' apprehension about Santa Monica as the cradle of rent control.
