This is the first new high yield opportunity I have available for my friends

venture on another source of coal in Virginia for investors, which we can

Loan to LaVie D'Argent at 3 to 1 Return:

Your principal is treated as a loan to the company. The company issues you a

loan agreement secured by the company and their assets. See attached

Promissory Notes.

The major asset is a sales contract to deliver coal to Italy backed by a

Letter of Credit from the nation of Italy. See attached summary of Lender

Proposal.

In addition to repaying your principal, you would receive 100%, a 2 to 1

return, as a profit in 60 days or less. This alone is a handsome profit for

such a short time frame with a Letter of Credit backing it up. It would be

an annualized return of over 600%.

As an added profit, another 100% for a total 3 to 1 gross return, would be

paid at the successful completion of any one of the company's other

projects, namely the gold transactions which will be discussed over the

phone due to their highly confidential nature.

Gary,

I don't have any track record of the company's performance; only personal
references on Art Simburg, the VP. I trust him because of my relationship
with mutual friends who have referred Art to me.

I have spoken with their mining engineer and found him to be credible and
informative as to the company's coal mining projects and their viability. I
will send the summary of the coal mining project info to you as soon as I
get a legible copy. I have a faxed copy now and am waiting for an e-mailed
attachment to forward to you. I have included as an attachment above, a copy
of the simple one page Loan Agreement from Art Simburg, who is also
President of La Vie D'Argent, his independent corporation which will be
handling the gold contracts as separate from the coal projects.

As regards the 2 gold bullion transactions, there is not much that can be
sent out in writing due to the extreme sensitivity of the gold market that a
transaction of this magnitude generates. You will have a better
understanding of what i mean when you speak with Art.

My observation of your communication with MONEX principals is that so much
more could be accomplished in achieving your desired result with a lot less
obtuse verbiage. Frankly, I'm not clear in exactly what you wanted. Was it
to have them state clearly their policy on interest charges and to admit it
to you?

why you consider him and/or his company in such high "trusted" regard, i.e.
record of accomplishments including anything negative. Any thoughts on how

Hi Gary,

I took the time to read all of the letters on your referenced website; most
thought provoking to say the least.

After receiving your response of interest, I called the SR. VP of Corporate
Public Relations of H & J Energy Company, Inc.(HJEC)to relay your request
for the "nuts and bolts" of the deal and the background of my associate,
said VP.

He said that he would e-mail a summary of the deal; basically, it is a loan
to H & J Energy Company, Inc. with a return of 100% in 60 days from date of
loan. The loan is protected by a Letter of Credit to be issued to HJEC this
Friday from the Senior Buyer representing the nation of Italy. A Letter of
Intent was signed on December 19, 2002 by said Senior Buyer and a final
contract is now being drawn for the purchase of HJEC's coal.

In addition, there is an additional 100% return to be paid when certain
contracts to sell gold bullion are consummated, one in Zurich and the
second
in Hong Kong. Preliminary details will be made available by e-mail to me on
Thursday.

I will forward both summaries to you when I receive them and introduce you
to HJEC's VP of Corporate Public Relations to discuss the points in said
summaries.

He did point out that they have a loan opportunity ranging from a minimum
of
$5,000 to $300,000 prior to mid January.

Demetrius hi -- I am interested to hear more. I prefer though to do it via
email. This way nothing gets lost in the translation. Just give me the nuts
and bolts of the deal and the background on your associate including why
with such "trust" he hasn't been as good a salesperson as you appear to
be.
The fact that you got me to respond is quite something considering I have
some 8,000 plus emails backed up most if not all are looking for some
response from me including at least one from a tenant of mine going on a
year ago to let me know that my wallet had been found and she had
unilaterally decided to increase her rent.

So please give it to me straight. Below is a hyperlink of some recent

LABEL" in terms of how I subscribe to "trust butt verify"
