Your denial of such critically important disclosures by one incredibly smart Shareholder Class Action Litigator [SCAL] in the spring of 1999 at the Business Week Conference of Chief Financial Officers, the Alarming Decline in the Quality of Financial Reporting updated 2 years later may not cause folks living the sinful life in the 1st world to stir much, so well bred on hypocrisy but you’re surely acquainted with the Digital Age and this rather amorphous thing we refer to as The Internet which I once heard a former Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission accurately refer to as the Word Wide Wait which has come a long way in the past decade certainly since December 1993 when I did a rather quick but intense “risk assessment” in to the decision by the CEO of Hearst Corporation which as u know is not quite as private as my family’s DAAC, to hire Al Sikes another former Chairman of the FCC who prior to holding this rather important job was the top do at the United States Department of Commerce, even rather intelligent human beings like Howard Stern getting rather distracted given how the FCC at the end of the day time after time side on the side of bigness which as u know is not necessarily the most important thing in life unless of course all you’re interested in “straight forward” sex, agree?

 

U wouldn’t happen to have made additional copies of my pal Colin Cowie’s appearance yesterday on the Oprah Winfrey Show, he has yet to send me his private email address, shucks!

 

I am still sitting at the local Starbucks in downtown Del Mar, California where the average wage earner may earn more than most of us lazy American “phatsos” [sic] but surely not enough to be able to pay in cash the cost of the tiniest of lots which right now go for a cool $2 million.
