Furthermore, they would need to put up a SIGNIFICANT NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, able to complete the transaction in 30 days or less and to take the property as is less the laptop computer and Ms. Coster's personal items.

 

Ps - the only reason I am backing off the £400,000 number I was thinking of earlier today is that the price of gold just dipped.

have increased their offer to £275,000. In your previous response to us you

indicated that you would like to achieve £300,000 and as we are currently

marketing the property at £285,000 we believe this will be very difficult to

achieve in the present market.

 

    Please can you confirm what offer would be acceptable, in order for us
