When did u take occupancy? I am in the middle of moving and don’t have access to all the paperwork including that yellow sticky that you signed spelling out our “arrangement.”

Second, tell me exactly what you mean when you say, “I understand our arrangement and I plan on following through with it.” I feel the need given the disconnects including Sean telling me that you left him with the impression he would get the rent not Sunday night but Saturday night for their to be no further misunderstandings.

Third, I have someone coming by early tomorrow morning to look at the building and he will need to have access to your unit.

Gary,

I saw Sean on Saturday and told him then that I would deliver the rent. Sorry for the delay and no warning on it. I understand our arrangement and I plan on following through with it.

Steve – I understand that u gave my manager the rent last evening.

I can understand your financial difficulties up to a point but I don’t appreciate not being kept informed that you are going to be late.

You would not be the first person who thinks that because I am involved in a myriad of projects and have access to unlimited sources of wealth including my own that in a worst case scenario have to go out and generate taxable income that takes away from my other priorities which r exclusively aimed at empowering the next generation to be ever so careful before producing another generation of spoiled brat kids who think this world is all about “me, me, me.”

Again, I have given you not only a great break on the rent but giving of my time in making suggestions to help you be financially independent and responsible to people like myself, my opportunity cost in helping you out rather significant when one considers how incredibly appreciative folks like Tefo Mohapi r at this time, yet to ask for any “handout” moreover, placing himself and his friends at great personal risk given how little us “phatsos” [sic] place on human life.

Please do not waste another moment in responding to my other questions below.

Ps – In due course I will be sending out an email to a former executive of Insurance Marketing Services Inc., a company I first helped pull “out of the ashes” back in the fall of 1984 my task helped immensely by a middle management team made up of exclusively highly professional young women, never once whining about the “phatso” [sic] top executives who were sucking the lifeblood out of this rather “unique and universal” marketing-publishing company, but who by the time I felt compelled to move on so did they, to the point that within 18 months of my signing a non-compete some 5 years later all that remained of this one incredible team was the founder and 2 family members as well as a personal assistant who I shared with the founder, Pamela doing one incredible job of keeping me informed of George “Reverse Barometer” Nordhaus’ “movements”, today George is probably close to 70 and having to work harder than in the entire 5 year period during which time we not only made good money but had for the most part one incredibly good time, so important to know how to roll with the punches, so simple to get by quite effortlessly in this world once one has worked out what it is that makes people tick, the game of life like the game of chess is getting one’s opponent to play to your advantage, the key tho, is to build credibility from the bottom up, by hiring right, giving folks the tools to do no more than work out their own solutions and to then get the hell out of the way only returning should rot makes its way in to the “wood work”, so rare for Pamela and I to exchange but a handful of words in order for me to “chop off the legs” of those wanting to catch a free ride on what turned out to be quite the “gravy train” versus others seeking a “win win” situation.

Steve – Where is the rent? Are you planning on staying for another year after your lease is up, if so are you prepared to pay $2,000 a month as agreed to?
